Overall the service has been greatI have not had any issues with the extended warranty company at allMy only issues have been with the dealership itselfEveryone affiliated with this company has been more than helpfulNo problems with claims, no hassles or intimidating representivesGreat service thus far

This company is all show and no substance I took my car to the dealership who contacted the warranty company Endurance had to send out an inspector, it took hours, then when the inspector showed up it took another (so far) to get an ok In the meantime they only allow for days of car rental and none on the weekend (what if you work on weekends) I am told I have the best plan through this company If this is the best what is the worst? Don't waste your time its a scam business they take my money every month but when it comes to using the service they find a way to make it not work for you Their customer service is awful manned by uneducated, literally rude people They talk over you and just keep passing you from one department to the next They don't open till 10am EST and are closing shop around 4pm They are set up to make sure that the customer is shifted around so much that they just give up trying Will be sure to inform all who care to go somewhere else

I just wanted to say that Martin *** over at endurance is a great person above all! He makes *** service his number priority and to be a priority in the business industry nowadays is rare! He went above and beyond to help me and my family! You should be thankful to have him on your endurance team! He truly is a blessing! You're awesome Martin and because of him and his great service I will be recommending endurance to my friends and family! Thanks so much!

The consumer did receive a full refund for the amount paid into the contract Further the consumer will receive a good will amount towards the denied claim

On September 17, 2015, the customer contacted Endurance and purchased an *** *** Dealer Services vehicle service contract for his *** *** with 90,miles on the vehicle. At the point of sale and during the sale’s verification
process, the customer was made aware of Endurance’s 30-day money back guarantee and the complete coverage details were explained. The customer also was provided a hard copy of the vehicle service contract which was sent via USPS Critical Mail with delivery confirmation. Please be advised Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract. Endurance sold the customer an *** *** Dealer Services vehicle service contract. *** is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means *** administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the approved claims. Endurance’s Customer Service Manager spoke to the customer and the customer is now very clear on Endurance is versus ***. Our office, as the seller of the policy, gets involved on occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer’s behalf to ascertain why the claim and denied and put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim. *** held up the customer’s claim first for required maintenance documentation and then the customer was getting contradicting information and unnecessary delays from the *** Claims Department. Endurance’s Customer Service Manager got an *** Claims contact involved in the customer’s claim and also contacted the repair facilityOur manager is also trying to help the customer get a rental car*** is now moving the claim forward. The customer was relieved that Endurance’s Customer Service Manager has taken over and *** is moving forward with claim

This is in reference to Endurance Vehicle Service Contracts
If you are looking for an extended warranty company run from this one I was sold a supreme contract with the statement from the sales man "bumper to bumper, I have a *** and have lost two sensors that has cost me over $in repairs Their bumper to bumper sales pitch is only valid if the front and back bumpers are touching and there is no vehicle in-between
The Diesel engine has a DEF system that requires a heater and sensor to keep the fluid at a proper temperature They are excluding this claiming that it is a catalytic converter and part of the exhaust system The whole engine is part of the exhaust system using their logic Nowhere is there a diesel exclusion in their contractJust references to gas related emissions systems and them drawing comparisons to the diesel DEF system
They offered to lower my contract by $but not cover the repairThis is to my mind an admission that perhaps they were not clear on the contract So what happens next time? And the next? They get the money and the consumer gets nothing but a worthless little booklet telling you what they will not cover for you spending your $
