To anyone looking into this company beware their scam artist they take your money and when your vehicle breaks down your on your own this company has a million excuses as to why they can't fix your vehicle you pay them your hard earned money and when u need them they tell you it's your fault your car has natural wear and tear, please read reviews before you give companies like this your hard earned money I'm out of dollars getting my vehicle fix, when I pay this company every month on time as a matter of fact I just made a payment yesterday so please be aware

Services (***) *** vehicle service contract for her *** *** At the point of sale and during the verification process, the consumer was made aware of Endurance's 30-day waiting period and was also provided with complete coverage details of the vehicle service contract.Please be advised that Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contract Endurance sold the consumer an *** vehicle service contract *** is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which means *** administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of the claims.Endurance, as the seller of the policy, gets involved on numerous occasions when the vehicle service contract company denies a claim by calling the company on the consumer's behalf to ascertain why the claim denied and to put forth the best case for the warranty company to approve the claim *** denied the claim for the repair because of a pre-existing condition.Endurance will issue a full refund upon customer’s request and will always provide every consumer with excellent customer service

When sold my warranty I was told that it would cover major repairs We have found out the wording was deceptive in the contractWe were misled in what the warranty would coverThe wording is deliberately in place to not cover legitmate engine repair and we were stuck with a $4,engine repair bill in addition to be paying montly for a worthless warranty
