Endurance contacted the consumer's power of attorney (POA) and apologized for any inconvenience The payment posted to the payment plan company after Endurance received the consumer's intent to cancel letter was refunded back to the consumer Endurance contacted the payment plan company in this regard The customer was also mailed a pro-rata refund using the remaining funds in the account, based on a cancellation date as the receipt of the certified letter Endurance's Customer Service Representative confirmed the refund amount with the consumer's POA holder

Steve was awesome , he said he would follow up with the next day and he really did !! I did not have to call him he really did call back to check up with me , now that's what I call service Thanks Steve

Please be advised, as the customer stated in his complaint, per the customer's conversation with Endurance's Customer Service agent, he mailed Endurance a letter requesting cancellation of his vehicle service contract during the first week of July Because there are multiple parties involved in the vehicle service contract coverage, Endurance asks consumers to allow for up to days to receive consumer's refund for the unused portion of the vehicle service contract coverage Endurance expedited the refund process for the customer On July Endurance attempted to contact the customer to ensure the customer received his refund, left a voicemail on home phone and cell phone and did not receive a call back Endurance assumes the customer received his refund

Talking about true customer service this gentleman was tops!He showed that ppeople are human and that [redacted] in real! Rather than make memore embarrasse of stressed he was very understanding and patien! HHE should be the poster person for exceptional customer service! On a scale of - 10? He gets 15!

Endurance reviewed the internal notes regarding the consumer's transaction as well as interviewed the sales, verification and customer service agents involved in the transaction On April 11, the consumer contacted Endurance and purchased an [redacted] (***) Xtra Supreme vehicle service contract for his [redacted] During the verification process (the recording is attached) the consumer confirmed the car's mileage was 140,miles The verification agent marked the file as "exact mileage" upon the consumer confirming the mileage Please be advised that Endurance is strictly the seller of the vehicle service contractEndurance sold the consumer an [redacted] vehicle service contract [redacted] is the administrator/obligor of the vehicle service contract which mean [redacted] administers (approves or denies) the claims and is obligated to pay the claims Endurance plays no role whatsoever in the approval or denial of claims In the consumer's complaint, he states "...the representative was being completely unprofessional and saying that he was going to void the contract..." The representative the consumer is referring to is an [redacted] representative, not and Endurance representative [redacted] had the confirmation of mileage from the sales verification where the consumer stated his car had 140,miles at point of purchase and in contradiction, had a [redacted] report that showed the car had 143,miles months earlier on June 18, Per the vehicle service contract the consumer's claim was denied because of the mileage discrepancy Until the consumer is able provide proof from before he purchased the vehicle service contract that his car had lower mileage than 140,miles and refute the [redacted] report the claim will unfortunately remain denied

I bought a Endurance Warranty on a pickup I found over the Internet. When I went to get the truck it was nowhere near as described. I cancelled the purchase. Endurance gave me my deposit back in one phone call. The Truck dealer is trying to steal my deposit. I wish everyone in this transaction worked like Endurance

Their customer service is very helpful and polite They seemed to really care about my issue and resolved it right away while I was on the phone I would recommend this company to my friends if they were looking for an extended warranty

In response to the above referenced case number, Endurance reviewed the information attached with this specific consumer to ensure a resolution. After a thorough investigation, Endurance determined this to be a complaint against the administrator of claims. The obligor/administrator of the... contract is Interstate National Dealer Services (INDS). A claim was filed directly with INDS by the consumer and the claim was approved. Endurance does not approve or deny any claims whatsoever therefore we accordingly contacted INDS in order to uncover a reason for the consumer issue. INDS informed Endurance that the claim was approved for a failed engine lifter and the claim was paid in the amount of $ 1,533.68. To this point, the consumer has only invested $ 311.94 into this policy which shows great advantage of having this protection plan. We understand the dealer recommends replacing all of the lifters in the engine however the contract can only cover the components that have failed. Dealerships will always recommend replacing everything possible however the service contract only covers failures that have occurred at the time of repair visit. The consumer should not pay for any additional recommendations because if an additional lifter fails in the future, then the coverage will pay for that repair also once it occurs. Endurance wanted to provide all of the details of this case in the interest of customer service and understanding. Endurance will always strive to provide each and every individual with excellent customer service.
