The San Diego EOS fitness location has the most unprofessional staff working there
On April 22nd, at approximately 2:30pm PST, I was harassed by the general manager about securing my gym bag in accordance with gym policiesI agreed to comply, however, I was bullied and strong-armed by management when not acting immediatelySubsequently, security was called to remove me and my membership was allegedly revokedNot to mention, I received a harassing phone call from the general manager hours later after filing a formal complaint through EOS Fitness corporate websiteThis behavior is unprofessional, unprovoked and not conducive to retaining membersAs a disabled Veteran, I am deeply ashamed of how I was treated by EOS Fitness managementI hope this complaint will serve as a caution to anyone seeking become a member of this organization
The account has been cancelled and the balance has been waived. No money is owed by *** *** to EOS Fitness

Hello, I recently moved to Tempe, AZ and on June 21st at 2:46pm, I signed up for $membership at EOS in TempeIn an attempt to get to know the equipment and gain knowledge on how to workout and get fit, I signed up for personal training 2x/wk I was helped by a guy named Greg O*** He quickly went through some information and then proceeded to tell me to sign the key pad machine that one uses for credit card tranactions Each screen had the contract in small print, and he gave a general basis for what the page saidI never saw a paper contract I took him at his word, but was taken aback by how quickly he went through the information to get the program sold to me and on his way to the next client I was told by my personal trainer that I would not be charged if I did not come twice a weekFor various health related reasons, I did not attend EOS twice a week, but when I checked my bank account, I was shocked that I was still being charged when I had not used any servic
I was able to call *** *** Collections in Palo Verde, California and they told me that Yes, I did Pay for Training sessions , my total bill they charged me for in collections was $ My first payment made was in November and my last payment was made January
The reason being I understood I only pay for one training session to see how I liked it BUT I did not know I was charged fully for everything and it went into collections
Unfortunately, I am in menopause, I do not remember everything Clearly so when I wrote to Revdex.com to the best of my knowledge I could only remembered then training sessions BUT Obviously its for more than that
So see, what we can work out, Swiss Funds phone # *** if you have any questions
The reason WHY I am writing to Revdex.com because numerous Times I walked into EOS in Avondale and they kept saying they do not find the account for training sessions and that they updated their computers and cannot find my records!
Haven't been to the gym in months after sever accident ,didn't realize I was being charged until recently.called them to cancel they wouldn't refund a payment from days ago and says it takes a month to cancel.that they can also charge me again within that monththe month to cancel sounds illegal too me what right does a company have to do that when I don't want their service or haven't used it in months
I've been a member of EOS since September I brought a friend in who previously had a membership in December but had to cancelI asked the GM of the club to waive the annual fee since it was already paid once during a month period but he said he couldn'tAs a result of that she never rejoined the club and I just cancelled my membership and we will be going to a competitor
Hi ***,Your credit card on file was refunded on June 30thWe apologize for any inconvenience.Sincerely,EOS Fitness
EoS offered me personal training sessionsThe fitness manager guaranteed that cancellation was a definite possibility if financial hardship was a factorI was able to pay for the first couple months of sessions and that was when financial hardship ensued due to personal issuesdays before the next billing cycle, I walked into the business asking for a cancellationThe fitness manager told me that the best they could do was freeze the account before the next payment could go throughThis was promised and was not deliveredI have gone up directly to the vice president of EoS and he could not reverse the charges because days was not enough time, that we should have given notice days out (which was not clarified to us) and that we had already used one of the sessions the same day that billing occurredWe had missed one of the sessions just before that due to the day rule they failed to communicate to us that same monthThe session charged on Feb 24th could not be counte
using digital signature and place on a new contract and force me to pay the annual fee which I did not acknowledge at an original sign onThey used the signature place on a new contract that totally illegal, and fraud
I initially came to EOS specifically for Personal Training sessions to train for the Police Physical Fitness testI was put with a trainer Brandon whom I was told was one of the best and a elite trainer my starter session was scheduled for July 29th at noon I received a text from Brandon at 7:am that day canceling my sessionI had another session scheduled with Brandon August 11th I received a text from him at 1:am that morning cancelling againThis was very unprofessional to receive a text early in the morning and another cancellation on top of that as wellScheduled with Brandon again for Saturday August 18th I contacted him that Thursday to get clarification on our scheduled session and he proceeds to try and get me to come in Friday at 8:30am insteadWhen talking about scheduling with Brandon I told him evenings or weekends work best for me he informed me evenings are booked for him but Saturday’s worked great but he has canceled every SaturdayI found this whole ordeal
