The 30 Day cancel policy is on the contract that you had signed. It automatically gets emailed out at the time of sign-up.

I will accept the business response once the refund has been posted to his account since the manager has told us for 3 weeks that it was being taken care of and this still hasn't been posted to his account yet.

Only because 0 stars is not an option. I nave not set foot in this gym since it was bought from [redacted]. Because I had a lost debit cart it became apparent that I still had a monthly billing. so they have made at least $200 on a monthly 10.00 billing on me because of my inattention to my account, bad on me. I have been trying to get this canceled since about October. I went in to the gym to pay and was assured that by using my card, they would only charge the 2 months . and nothing further. I tried to get through to the 800 number they gave me, too long of a wait. , after that I got a call from I believe Eric at the local gym, he assured me he would get it cleared up. Now I get a call for Dec and Jan payments showing past due.

DONT EVER SIGN UP HERE unless you want to be a LIFETIME Member. They make it almost impossible to cancel

I finally got through to the [redacted] number and they still wanted additional past due balance because I had no proof that I told them in Nov to cancel.

Unbelievable. Spend your money with someone who cares about their customers.

We have cancelled your membership and waived the past due balance

I noticed EOS took over G[redacted], but only because I was charged $15.95 from EOS Fitness. At that time it was ok with me because I was still a member. On March 20th I spoke with My trainer and His manager to confirm my membership will be cancelled since I will be leaving the country. CODY (my trainer) CONFIRMED it will be cancelled once The last charged is processed. Which is the membership fee and trainer fee. I was never told of a CANCELLATION FEE or that I had to call member services. It is now NOVEMBER and I owe an outstanding amount. I had NO idea I was charged from May-November. I called to dispute the charge and cancel my membership. They were NO help. I had to pay the $290 first PLUS $15 cancellation fee in order to have my membership cancelled. THAT'S FRAUD to me. I had no idea I was being charged all those months nor did I give them my permission to process any charges. Please Don't sign the "agreement " Your stuck once you do. I will NOT pay for something I did not give permission too. I can't speak with my trainer and his manager as well since they were both fired. I Need HELP..

I had a training session that I was assured I could cancel after the first month if I felt I could no longer afford it. After going in several times a month for 3 months(Dec-Feb) to cancel my account, I finally had enough and cancelled my debit card. Payments stopped and when the representative noticed this he assured me it was his doing and the account had been cancelled.

Today I was informed that the recurring charge was never cancelled(Aug)! I was called by a collection agency and was told these payments (from a card that no longer exists) are due and will affect my credit score. I assured them it was a gym error and when I called the gym they told me they would contact me; it's been 2 hours and they still haven't called! I called again and was told the individual responsible was terminated, but this issue still has not been resolved!

If this business was aware of an employee's incompetence, shouldn't they have gone through accounts and reviewed who had and who hadn't been attending during this individual's employment? If they had been honest, wouldn't they see that I hadn't used said sessions in 4-6 months and invite me to use these sessions? I wasn't informed of my sessions, my account still being billed, or this person's termination; now I have $1100 in fraudulent charges about to affect my credit. I look forward to spending my day off trying to rectify the situation in person.

I choose not to do business with a company that is dishonest. How about you keep whatever monies you have received from me and we can call it even. I have only been to the gym 4 times and have used ZERO trainer sessions. I feel that is a fair compromise
