I'm a member of EOS Fitness here in the San Diego, CA branchBack in January I had signed up for personal training sessions with the idea that I could cancel it anytimeNeil, the personal training manager who signed me up for the sessions wasn't very clear on how the billing and cancellation process goesI called him yesterday to let him know I want to cancel and he straight up told me that it will be the worst decision financially for me because I would be sent to collections for personal training sessions that I haven't even usedI was charger $on April 3rd for sessions and so far I've only used and then yesterday I was charged for another and I haven't even used the last I was treated very unfairly and the way he made it sound was like he didn't care about my financial situation or personal matters all he offer me was an extension and I will be charged $a month for that and it pushes the contract furtherI'm no longer interested in personal training sessio

Hi, I got a gym membership over the summer and signed up for a personal trainer as wellI only saw this trainer a handleful of times before he would start cancelling our sessions, and than just stopped callingHe no longer works thereWhen I signed up they told me I could stop the training sessions whenever I wantedI have tried to talk to them numerous times and they tell me I can only cancel if I prove I moved miles awaySo for the past or months I am paying about $a month for a service I DO NOT GET!
This is an issue that obviously MANY people are dealing with, so you would think SOMEONE would do something about itIt's not right that this gym is lying to people and taking away hard earned money for services they do not even receive

I went in to EOS to sign up and was given information about monthly fees, a sign- up promotion and cancellation when I left for six monthsWhat I wasn't told was that there would be a one time $feeThe only way I found out about it was that the printed documents that were e-mailed to me noted the fee I called the General Manager, Nick *** at least seven times to discuss this but he NEVER returned my callsFurther, I wrote to management and they never respondedLuckily for me Mr*** got my payment information wrong so payment was never processedI have resigned from the club - never having used it even onceThis is just a warning to anyone signing up with EOS - Things are not as first presentedAnn P, snowbird in Scottsdale, AZ
