I do not agree with your response. Firstly, the 2j v2 dollars was for monies owed me for personal trasining. NOT onebpeny more. I  would like proof from you in detail that you did pay me more than I was owed. Secondly.  I am asking for the 34 dollars for the Ford transaction because your employee Justin D[redacted] was assured by your accounting g department that I would have the refund on the day my car payment was due! In good faith, , based on what I was told,   I paid my car note. Guess what..no refund from your company.  I am retired from highly responsible position at GEICO apfor 25 years in customer service. Never would a transaction like this have the response you gave me. Without a detailed audit on my account, you state you overoverrpaid me. Prove it!! I await your response with great anticipation. It would seem to me that 68 dollars would have left me with a good feeling about your company. Not any longer. Perhasps you should take intoo considerstion the poewer of word of mouth. But 68 dollsrs ismore important. Your company should follow the busines practices of Warren B[redacted] who brought Geico from w smal company to the second larfest in America. I was a member at Gold's Gym which changed to Eos Fitness for 5 years. I moved in August, 2016, and no longer wanted to use Eos Fitness at my new home, as the gym in my new town was not kept up. I wrote to the address that was given to me by the Palm Desert Eos Gym to end my membership. Membership #10080100627154. Please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I followed all the steps to end this membership, and I am put in collection. I want the collection taken off of my credit report in the amount of $144.00. I also want it removed from my credit score. Collection company: Swift FNDS.

We received the cancel request via email on 12/4/15. The final invoice was set for 1/1/2016.When we tried to charge the final balance, it was declined. We will refund the NSF fee of $25, in good faith.

Please let us know if the refund to your credit card in the amount of $139.79 is not posted by the end of next week. It can take up 7-10 business days.

I would like to give 0 rating to EOS fitness! Horrible servic and hidden fees for cancelation and membership. Before my year starts I wanted to cancel my membership but they still charged me $39 and $15 for canceling. I have to pay $39 before I did not cancel 30 days prior of my contract expiration. Managers are horrible and have no customer service skills. Every single employee that works at EOS only stays for maybe 1-2 months. You can't say I haven't been told or your sales rep said this when I signed up for it.
Take my experience and never sign up for this gym. Horrible and awful service. They have fake agreements and they write what they benefit from without explaining the "hidden" fees. I'm not alone and you need pay attention and get this matter resolved please. Somebody needs to protect consumers from this even businesses and take this serious.

The only thing that pulls up with all the information provided (including name) is the VIP GUEST pass. Which has no billing on file or charges. Id be happy with the reinstatement to my old account and the fee was taken out of the bank account you have in file with routing number and account number.
