Review: I ordered cell phone and cases paid for the expidited shipping got no tracking number called fed ex called ups no one knows any thing about it..

I have tried calling the company the message is barely understandable..I have submitted complaints they call ticket numbers with promise of reply in 24 hours...no reoly 5 days later.Desired Settlement: I would like either my phone and cases or my money refunded.

On your website it states order has been shipped out but the tracking number does not work. This order is a gift and I don't know when it is coming.

Review: I ordered an mp3 player from them and it was never delivered. I asked for a refund and they told me to wait a certain amount of time and then if it still wasnt here they would gladly refund my money. the item never showed up after said amount of time and they are now telling me I need to wait even longer. they shipped it via usps and according to the usps the item was never in their hands.Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back.

I checked your order and found it is free shipping, for free shipping, sometimes it may need more than 2 month to arrive after we shipped out. As it will transportthe packages overland by truck or overseas by ship which is much slower than air transport. And there may be accidents or delays that affect the overall shipping time. Your order was shipped out on May 5. As you have not request the tracking number when you placed the order so your package cannot be tracked online. I ordered the case for Xiaomi Powerbank 5000 mAh.

The order was shipped the same day I paid for it.

I made a mistake in the shipping address and Support team corrected this in couple of hours.

It took around a week to get it.

There are a lot of fake Xiaomi products nowadays on many Chinese website but t Everbuying they sell only authentic Xiaomi goods.

I highly recommend this website to shop for original Xiaomi products.

I needed these items within a certain amount of days. My payment was deducted. I made good on my end and I expected this company to ship the items as promised. After sending a copy of my driver's license and credit card, I am told that the items are not in stock and won't be in stock for a very long time. Fortunately, I crossed out pertinent information on the license and credit card. In summary, I need a REFUND immediately in the amount of $816.08. I will watch my account very closely daily for any suspicious activity.

In addition, everbying.com promised expedited shipping and I paid extra for insurance. I placed the order on 9/17/2013. Today is 9/24/2013 and I am now being told that they do not have the product in stock. Refund please.

Thank you for attention to this matter. Everbuying.com seems to have refunded the funds back into our PayPal account. I am still waiting to actually see if the funds will appear back into our account, which should take no longer than 5-7 business days. But, I trust this will go well.

I no longer wish to proceed with filing this complaint.

This company is deceptive in its conduct and sells goods that don't work. When a buyer tries to get their money back they are given the run around. They also pay other people to write positive reviews about them - see YouTube review in which a reviewer tells of how Everbuying.com sent them the goods to review.

My experience with them was terrible they would not stand by the product they sold to me.

This was my first order on this website (Order #EP[redacted]).
I ordered the Silicone Ring Clip for E-Cigarette.
There were a lot photos of this item on the item page and several reviews describing product in detail. This helped to choose this item and make sure that it will fit for my e-cigarette.
I was able to choose from multiple color options.
I received the parcel right at the time when the delivery time was estimated.
This shop provided me with tracking number and was helpful enough to update me on ETA for the delivery.
Clip ring was properly packed and arrived safely (not damaged)
I will recommend this online store for others (at least when you buy some accessories).

I ordered a mechanical watch and a wireless keyboard.

Both are in a very good quality and needed about 3,5 weeks to be delivered to Germany.

I don't have any important complaint

I ordered a phone from everbuying online in august . I received my order ontime but shipping was long. thats not my compaint though . I statrted emailing them that on 10 / 13 / 2015 the phone started acting up and saying battery reached internal temperature high. I was supposed to receive a response in 1-2 days .then on 10 / 15/2015.the phone completely stopped working and wont even charge or turn on. I got a response on the 19th saying send info and pictures of the problem. I responded on the 20th that there arent any pictures to take due to the fact that the phone has no physical damage and that I have already explained my issue.I also provided all numbers on outer box above and under barcode and the 2 different imei numbers . I then responded on 22nd about why I havent heard back from them .still no response. I expressed my concern for wanting a refund due to the fact that with shipping and by the time I activated phone I didnt even have it a month.I also complained that this is a waste of my time and money because I have a phone that is not working yet I still have service on it that I still have to pay for. I just dont think this is fair.

After few days they ship my order tracking number and also make photo of package . I recieve my parcel in good condition and without any problems . Also little later they ship additional accessories for this phone - free case and glass . This is really responsible and honest store with good reputation .
