I have purchased many items from this website. I have always had a pleasant shopping experience. My items were delivered and everything was good. I have contacted customer service a few times and they always respond in a day or two with a very friendly attitude. Due to the company being located in China you do have to be a little patient for the items to arrive (about 20 to 30 days). I recommend this website.

Shopping, which I did in the store The first acquaintance with the store Everbuying happened about a year ago. Over the past year, during the cooperation with this magazine, it was always good. Everbuying, always arrive on time and well packaged. Very much like the price. Discounts on some goods please. Very pleased with the price. I discovered EverBuying.net 5 month ago ,had 9 orders so far all received in reasonable time, few weeks which is OK considering they send from warehouse in China.

Review: Not able to get a straight answer about the product we purchased not able to speak to a supervisor or manager repeatedly

the phone model is an S5 android will read the sims but not able to connect to phone service or internet or wifif we tried to contact them and sent the appropriate email and recieved a ticket #(TXXXXXXXXXXX) was told we would have a responce in 24 hrs we waited and then we called back we were told that a new ticket would be sumitted and we would be contacted again we were lied to we call a third time and while complaining we wer told aftersale would contact us and were hung up on when we ask to speak with a manger or supervisor Desired Settlement: nothing more than getting the phone to work on our system or having our money returned for the lack of having a phone and because we cant afford to just hand these people our money for a useless product

Review: Never received my phone, website will not give money back !

On March 28, I went to everybuying.com to order the following item:

I have never received this item. This item was never delivered and when I spoke with the post office, it is being sent back to sender. I want my money back. I do not want the phone, my daughter has since bought me another phone. I have tried to reach out to everbuying.com on several occasions and all I keep getting is the message to wait. I am tired of waiting, I want my money back. I have waited almost 2 months for a phone that I did not receive and quite frankly I am very upset!Desired Settlement: I want a refund back to my credit card, I have since bought a phone. I do not have the time or the paitience to wait for another phone.

Total scam. Don't ever buy from this company. In my experience, they won't send you the item and will try to convince you to wait past the 45-day deadline that PayPal has for getting your money back. They'll make excuses about their shipping company and stuff about customs, but in reality it was never sent.

Other reviews I've read said that they sent the item, but it didn't work and it was nearly impossible to get a full refund.

In december I buy in this site xiaomi mi4! It is very cool smartphone! Everbuying send it withis 2 days and I receive it 2 week after! Very goo result!

I ordered 4 times already from EverBuying.com and am very happy with all my orders there. It took some 2-3 weeks each time for products to reach Europe, but since shipping is free even on the smallest package, it was not a problem to wait. In case you need the products before, you can choose quicker shipping during the check-out (at charge).

Product selection is huge and prices are really low. All the products I ordered were of solid quality, and I consider them a great deal!

Review: I ordered a MP5 Player for my Autistic sons music therapy on 4-26-2013,PayPal put the payment through to my bank on 4-28-2013. I check the order on their site and it stated the MP5 was mailed out on 4-28-2013. As of 5-5-2013 I had not received it so tried to register a complain on their online support ,sent back a "form" letter answer saying I could make request again for tracking. Then I got their business phone number which was answered by an answering machine with a foreign woman saying something I couldn't even understand! On 5-8-2013 I again emailed the online support ,asking where the player was and about their"phone number", today 5-9-2013 I received another "form" email back but this time it said because it was a flat rate mailing ( which they told me it was FREE SHIPPING) it would possibly arrive in 35-45 days!!! So now I am going to contact Paypal to find out why they would represent such a company as this. Plus the Revdex.com has listed that their address in Ca isn't there but actually comes from China. This should not be allowed! And now I will have to find another Player for my son's music therapy. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Maybe if enough of us complain we can prevent this from happening to others. I am rejecting this response because: When we ordered the product it was stated that there was not a tracking number needed. So the company now says it can't be found because I do not have a tracking number????? Wrong!! I really don't think I should have 45 days (before it was 35-45 days) to have to wait for my son's MP5 player!! This company is not what it represents to the buyer. I would like my money back WITHOUT having to go through their hoops and ladders to get it. Besides according to other reviews in the Revdex.com ,the product is cheap,broken and not worth buying at all. In fact the note back from mentions products may be damaged because of their shipping method-tells me right there what to expect when I ever may get it. Hi, my name is [redacted] and on April 22nd I put in an order for phone on Everbuying.com and I have yet to receive it. They said it could take anywhere from 7-24 days and its way past the date. Review: I have not recieved the products that I ordered on September 11, 2013.

I ordered two dresses off of everbuying.com last month and have not recieved it yet. Upon filling out a ticket (issue form) with the company last week, they respond by telling me that they recieved my ticket and they closed my order without any kind of refund or product exchange. I paid through paypal with my debit card. My order number was EXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX, The tracking number was NXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. I ordered two black dresses on September 11, 2013. Honestly I just want my dresses or an exchange without having to pay the shipping fee. But I would prefer the dresses. The Sku number for the dresses were YMXXXXXX and YMXXXXXXXDesired Settlement: I just want the dresses I ordered or an exchange without having to pay the extra shipping fee. I feel that they should handle those exspenses for such poor customer service. But if possible, I just want the dresses I ordered.
