I bought a cellphone from this place waited a week started sending e-mails they never answered any of my e-mails but took my money no problem.

Review: Phone does not perform and can not get a response from china on the phone or emails

Phone has so little memory that it will not function, installed a SD card and moved all that would move and as soon as it updates it internal programs it is out of memory and will not let me do anything until I delete all the stuff I can including the updates it did. I installed the fallowing and move all that I could to the SD card and still had the problem: 1 game, face book, McAfee internet protection, my email, gmail and after deleting all that stuff it would not make calls any more. It was looking for the address book and could not find it but it is on the Sim card. Desired Settlement: I like the phone, if they can replace it with on that has real internal memory (it only has 83.77MB to use with nothing in the phone) I will be happy. If they can not do this a full refund of coast and shipping.

I want to write about my first purchase at this store.

I decided to buy new Bluetooth mouse for low price, my friend told me to look it up at Everbuying. I wished to buy here to take a new experince because I didn't even buyed at this store before. My order was shipped out same day I'd paying. Now after shipping is complete I can tell that this is nice online shop with low prices and well product quality.

I decide to buy New Year Gifts for my friends at internet. I choose this store because before I haven't any problems with my orders. Everbuying didn't disappoint me and all of products was recieved at time. So built quality and prices also very good.

Review: Purchased Cell phone that was defective. Contacted company and was offered an upgrade. Paid never received.

I purchased a Cell phone from this site that stopped working after about 2 weeks. Although they advertise a 90 day warranty, just try and get help from them. I was told I could upgrade to another phone by sending 60 dollars which I unfortunately did. I am now being told all the phones I pick are out of stock and I should wait. I made the mistake of waiting to file a claim with PayPal after the first phone become defective and will not make that mistake again. Although their prices are very good I would never buy anything from this company you are not willing to just throw away if it doesn't work (asking them for after purchase support is useless) One more thing if you ever see positive reviews know that they offer payments in the form of discount for positive ones.Desired Settlement: Get the working phone upgrade I paid for.

This company is so bad. I brought a cell phone from them. After 2 months, the phone cannot be charged. I contacted them for repairing. They said they can sent me the parts and asked to repair myself. 2 month later, I could not get any information from them, so I contacted them again, but they said they have no parts and asked me to send the phone back to China. I paid the shipping fee and sent to them. Another 3 months passed, I could not get any information from them, I contacted them and they said they needed to checked if they got the phone. No answer again for 2 months. I contacted them and they said they got the phone and refund me. With no information again for another 3 months, I have to contacted them again, this time they said they can only refund me half price. And till now it is more than 1 year passed and I still did not even get half price.

This company is a fraud. I bought a smart phone from them which seemed like a good deal. Eight months later, the phone was dead. They asked me to ship it to them at my own cost, and I did. They then told me that the phone was fixed and asked me to pay for the return shipping, and I paid again. After waiting for quite a while, I asked them about the phone. They told me that the phone was NOT fixed yet. It has been three months, and they still haven't sent me anything back.

STAY AWAY!! Do not buy from everbuying, you'll get scammed.
Order# E**SSN[redacted] Bought a cell on the 18th of january. It said - 24 hour processing and I opted to pay for the expedited shipping (3-5days) as opposed to the freight shipping which depending on what page you're looking at takes up to 25-35 days - I think they're still using sailboats to ship their mail. I had lost my cell and needed a replacement fast.
After asking what was going on a couple of times I finally got a shipping confirmation 3 days later (not 24 hours as I was told). They also shipped it freight and I was told it would take up to 25 days to receive. They ignored all messages of me asking why they accepted my money for expedited shipping and shipped it freight instead (they offer free freight).
They only replied back to me after I left a negative review on resellerratings.com and opened a dispute with paypal. I was told they didnt offer expedited shipping for my cell...yet they offered it at the checkout. After some more bs they finally offered me to refund the shipping costs I paid for and they also asked me to close my paypal dispute, which I have escalated to a claim now. I was notified that it would now take 35 days to receive my cell. It's been 11 days since they offered a refund and it's still no where to be seen. In the meantime I had to buy a replacement cell because the one I thought was going to arrive in less then a week after ordering is most likely not going to show up until April.
Unacceptable. If I would have known that I would not have ordered in the first place.
All the negative reviews from people are all the same. Bad service, they try to get you to close paypal disputes early, products arrive used, broken, missing parts or just of poor quality. I should have read the reviews first. They've also been accused of writing their own positive reviews. Read all the positive reviews for the site online - it's amazing that none of those people can speak proper english but yet all the people that leave negative reviews CAN speak proper english.
Very fishy. Save you're money and order from somewhere else.
