We pay our members between $and $10,to be a member (amount determined by the value of the member home when they join our program)Homeowners pay us $to join our
program, $to be a member, $if they sell their home some day using any cooperating broker they choose among our more than 5,cooperating broker offices across the USA, $if they never sell their homeNo homeowner has ever been asked to pay us one pennyNo homeowner has ever paid us one pennyIt seems that *** or his wife (***?) likely spoke with an independent contractor marketer employed by a third party marketer (not by us) about our wonderful program for homeownersAccording to ***, the third party marketer failed to accurately explain the program to himThe marketer is no longer marketing our programWe, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into cooperating broker referral agreements with other brokersWe are in long term agreements with more than 1,real estate brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,000 offices, and in those offices are more than 250,licensed real estate agentsAmong our more than 1,000 contracted cooperating brokers are 70% of the largest brokerages in the United States (almost all of the other 30% are in states in which we are not active). We give our members cash benefits to spend on whatever they want to buy themselves, on average years before they sell their home! And they can keep it even if they never sell their home! When the home sells in the future, the cooperating broker pays us an industry standard referral fee (which costs our homeowner members $0). We ALWAYS put our homeowner members, our clients, first, above all elseSo, if *** thinks it is better for *** to NOT receive $1,from us, for which he would pay us $0, then *** indeed should not be a member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members)Pursuant to his wishes, we have cancelled his registration in our program, and as a result, as *** desires, we will not be paying *** $1,(for which they would have paid $0)Contrary to ***'s illogical statement that we are a 'ridiculous scam', we are wonderful for homeownersWe will not 'scam' *** by paying him $1,for which he would pay us $***, can you please back up your statement and explain how we could possibly be a scam? We will not hold our breath awaiting your explanation, as it would be impossible for you to provide an answer that could possibly make any sense, but we do hope you'll do the honorable thing and at least try to answer the questionThank you

Our company personnel just had a very pleasant conversation with *** *** who seems to be a very nice person
We have agreed to cancel his registration for our wonderful program for homeowners
As a result, we will not be paying *** *** $1,for which he would have paid us $
The independent contractor marketer that *** *** initially spoke with is no longer marketing our program, and it is really that independent contractor against which this complaint should have been filedThank you

The registration for our free program, which provided $to $10,to each of our members, for which they pay us $0, has been cancelled

Mrs***'s registration has been cancelledExceed has informed the marketing company that the marketer representative she spoke with is to be terminated and should never represent Exceed again

We, as a licensed real estate broker, enter into
cooperating broker referral agreements with other brokersWe are in long term agreements with more than 1,real estate
brokerages across the United States, comprising more than 5,000 offices,
and in those offices are more than 250,licensed real estate agentsAmong

first, above all else
The 'exorbitant' fee *** mentionsas stated above, we
have never asked a homeowner to pay us one penny, and no homeowner has
ever paid us one pennyThe 'no obligation' *** referenced is the fact that our homeowner members are under 'no obligation' to ever sell their home, or list it for saleThe only 'obligation' our member's have to us is IF they CHOOSE to sell their home in the future, they will do so through their choice of our more than 5,000 participating cooperating brokers offices across the United States*** also incorrectly states that we failed to fulfill our agreementThat is factually incorrect*** confirms in ***'s own words that a check for $was receivedPursuant to our members' requests to provide their rewards by check rather than by gift card, we have begun to provide our member rewards by check
So, if *** thinks it is better for *** to NOT receive $to $10,from us, for which *** would pay us $0, then *** indeed should not be a
member of our Smart Homeowners Program (we named the program for our members)
Pursuant to ***'s wishes, despite *** acknowledging in ***'s complaint that *** agreed to be
in the program, we have cancelled ***'s registration in our
program, and as a result, as *** desires, we will not be paying *** $to $10,(for which *** would have paid us $0)
Thank you

According to our data records, the registration was completed at 6:16:PM EST on March 4, The independent contractor code associated with the registration was a door to door marketer, so it would seem the sign up occurred at her doorAs already stated, the registration has been cancelled, and we have notified the third party marketing company about her statements regarding their door to door marketer

Our
