mentionedconsumer's personal credit report.We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagreesUpon completionof this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit reportand tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process thedispute as required by lawWe contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected theinformation from a public record source such as a court or other government office eitherelectronically or by US MailWe ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and completeinvestigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the timeframe required by lawWe review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, rejectit, or follow up for additional informationIf, after processing, we find that the disputed information isinaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify thatinformation, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processingIf we do notreceive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item asrequested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevantinformation submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should bechanged or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendorInvestigations can take aslong as days to reach a conclusionAfter we complete our processing, we send the consumer theresults.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reportingagencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with thefurnisher of the information.If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact thefurnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public recordPlease referto the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, andphone number (if available).Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assistLet meassure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriouslyThank youfor allowing me to assist youPlease contact our office if you have any questions.Sincerely,*** ***Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate
