Hello, there is a Chapter Bankruptcy item with docket number *** that was added on my score that I have been disputing for the last months to get this item withdrawnI have talked with with several representatives, supervisors, and managers in regards to the erroneous public record and I have yet to get it resolvedThis is my 3rd dispute in which I am currently awaiting resultsI called and spoke with a representative and inquired from Experian on how credit bureaus verify their public recordsI want to know this information because the item keeps coming back as verified every timeI had managers tell me that the dispute is sent as a notice to the courthouse through *** Once the court verifies it, the information is mailed back to the credit bureauTo make sure the correct information was relayed, I contacted the court house and they told me that they never report any information via the credit bureausI decided to call Experian back to speak with another representative, but this time they advised that the information is verified by the contractor who goes to the court houseI asked what information does the contractor give to the courthouse, and how & what kind of physical information does the contractor verify to the credit bureausThey could not answer that question and just said its a form that they send over to the courthouseI asked what type of form and where is it sent because the courthouse confirmed that they do not verify any information with the bureausExperian refuses to give my physical documentation that they use to verify this bankruptcy is mine and reporting accurately per the Fair Credit Reporting Act.please delete this bankruptcy from my credit report

The error on my credit report that is being reported by Experian, which also was originally reported by Credit Reporting Agencies TransUnion & EquifaxUpon presenting TransUnion & Equifax the details of my complaint they PROMPTLY deleted the Error and corrected my credit reportI don't understand why Experian who operates under the same Credit Report Laws as TransUnion & Equifax has failed to delete the error after being presented with the same evidence on (3) separate occasions spanning almost months.Just as TransUnion & Equifax who operate under the same standards and laws has taken the right steps to DELETE this inaccurate information I demand that Experian do the same This inaccuracy is severely effecting my credit worthiness and in-turn is effecting my life
