For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.December21, 2014Revdex.comViewridge Ave #200San Deigo, CA 92123RE: Complaint ID ***Dear *** ***:I received the letter from Experian, stating that they verified my information with the creditors.NO THEY DID NOT AS I CALLED THE CREDITORS AND ASKED THEM MYSELF.And if they did, they were to show proof of who they talked to and when and the time and whatactually was verifiedI would like to have them provide you and me with that verification as it isthe FCRA law but they cant and if they cant it must be removedThey are to verify my name ,address, birth date and SSN and they didn't because I was told by someone in the experian officewhen I called.I have been the victim of identity theft and this has been very time consuming for me and I wantwhat is to be accurate on my credit file.Experian has not followed the FCRA law sec b and they also state that I sent in documentswhere relevant information was blocked out, no it wasn'tI gave them all the information thatwas requestedThis is not satisfied for me as I will file a willful negligence suit against them if these items arenot removed within days as allowed by lawI do hope you see to this that is is done

Experian has continue to give me the round around with the same tactic. I am providing a written letter directly from *** *** Services "the auto lender" stating that my auto loan was paid in full and no late payments. Experian has continue to report that this auto loan was included in my ChBankruptcy and was discharged - which is inaccurate. Therefore, I want Revdex.com to assist me in getting Experian to cooperate and delete these erroneous account completely off my credit file. It has cause me a lot of headaches trying to obtain credit on an auto loan because of this
