Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I received my Experian credit report dated January 12, Upon receipt of the report, I found several problems with the reportI made numerous attempts to access the Experian website to initiate an online disputeEach attempt was met with the following "We are unable to honor your request using the information you provided." The information needed to access the dispute page is my social security number and the report numberWhy am I being denied the ability to initiate an online dispute when I am using MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER as well as the report number which is clearly printed on this credit report? What is this company trying to hide or why is the company refusing to accept my attempt to issue a dispute? There is also a statement attached to the personal information section, that alludes to "variations" of my personal social security numberExactly what variations? I have ONE and only ONE social security numberExplanation as to why I am being denied the ability to access and initiate an online disputeA detailed explanation concerning "various" social security numbers associated with MY credit reportThis company has a 98% negative rating from consumers, yet are able to maintain an A-plus rating with the Revdex.comHow is this possible? Is this business allowed to purchase the company rating?
Regards,
