I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I sent documentation showing where the account was still reporting openI was told "Well, it is closed now!" I informed the rep that they had to delete it due to incorrect information, she stated, "let me help you understand, this account is reporting closed AMD will not be deleted" I asked her how can they disregard tangible information, and the rep again told me to contact the company. Also, I informed them that this account no longer belonged to me and that several years ago, I was removed from the accountNonetheless, they refused to help me.Regards,

An account is listed on my Experian Credit Report from a collection company Receivables *** *** *** * ***Experian has listed this account as open derogatory account with the open date of October 1, I have contact Experian multiple times and disputed this account multiple times a well stating each time that I do not owe this amountI have also contact the company as well and they refuse to provide any contracts or signed documents stating that I owe this debtI received a signed copy from the Civil Court Judge that this case was Settled on October 5, A year before this collection company stated that the account was openThis Closed/Settled account that is being reported is keeping me from being about to obtain credit because it is listed as a open-derogatory account.I also called Experian on today about this matter and the Representative that I spoke with stated that they don't ask for documentation to verify that someone owe a debtThey just send the information to the collection agency and they selected if they verified it or notWhich is a violation because under the FCRA to have properly verified the accuracy of an account listed on my credit reportI would like for Experian to look at the attached documentation stating the contradicting information that Experian is reporting on my credit reportI would like for Experian to delete this account from my credit report and send me a updated copy of my report
