I did not have any accounts with navy federal credit unionI've called them and they are unable to find any credit accounts listed under my name or social security numberAccording to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section (a)(1)(A), Experian is required by federal law to verify through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any and all accounts Experian post on a credit reportOtherwise, anyone paying for Experian reporting services could fax, mail or email in a fraudulent account.I demand to see Verifiable Proof (an original Consumer Contract with my Signature on it) Experiann have on file of the accounts listed an *** *** Your failure to positively verify these accounts has hurt my ability to obtain creditUnder the FCRA, unverified accounts must be removed and if Experian are unable to provide me a copy of verifiable proof, Experian must remove the accounts.I would further remind Experian as that Experian may be liable for willful non-compliance. Failure on your behalf to provide my original contract, without any alterations, mark, stamps and bearing my original signature will result in a claims action against Experian. I will be seeking $10,in damages for the following: 1) Defamation 2) Negligent Enablement of Identity Fraud 3) Violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act as applicable
