Dear Revdex.com:
Our office recently received your correspondence of October 30, 2014 regarding the above mentioned
consumer's personal credit report.
We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion
of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.
When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report
and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the
dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the
information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either
electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete
investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time
frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject
it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is
inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that
information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not
receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the itern as
requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant
information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be
changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as
long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the
results.
In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting
agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the
furnisher of the information.
If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the
furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Please refer
to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and
phone number (if available).
Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist. Let me
assure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you
for allowing me to assist you. Please contact our office if you have any questions.

This company is not investigating my disputes. I have requested on several occasions for them to send proof that these accounts do belong to me. As per the FTC I have the right to know what is being reported in my credit file. This company has sent me a letter stating that they will not be further investigating my disputes, but I still have not received anything in regards to these accounts that I have no knowledge of. This company is withholding information from me that is stopping me from obtaining credit. I request that validation of these accounts be sent to me or that these accounts be deleted from my credit file

[Experian claims that their "vendor" verified the information. They do not explain or give the details of how they verified this information. The information is not correct and has been found to be incorrect by other credit reporting agencies. For whatever reason, Experian continues to provide false information in their reports about me. This is the same information they provided me when I originally found this information and disputed it in my credit report. They continue to not give the specifics of how they "verified" the information and therefore I will again request that they remove this information about me from their files. ]

process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.Regarding our investigation process, Experian contacts the source of the disputed information directly by letter, telephone, or through an automated verification system. We ask the source to check their records to verify all of the information regarding the item questioned, and report back to us within 30 days of the date that we received the consumer's request. Once we receive their response, we send the consumer the results of the investigation. If we do not receive a response within 30 days we update the item as requested or delete the information, and send the consumer these results.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a consumer reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to investigate the information to determine the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item by contacting the source of the disputed information and informing them of all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report. The FCRA does not require that the consumer reporting agency obtain documentation such as the actual signed sales slips, signature cards, contracts, etc., nor does it require that consumer reporting agencies act as mediators or negotiators in account disputes. Please forward any documentation directly to the Creditor for review. Please refer to the original Experian personal credit report for the business name, address, and phone number (if available) of the source that verified the information. If I may be of further assistance, please contact me directly.Sincerely,[redacted] Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate Consumer Affairs Special Services [redacted]

procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information
shall be provided to the consumer by the agency, including the business name and
address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such
