I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have read this is what the credit report agency does for its consumers. I have had this in the past and the Credit Agency talks to me to verify that it is I that they are talking to and to be sure his is what I have intended in case of Fraud. This was Fraud and the Credit Agency did nothing to protect me. Why would I put in this Fraud protection thru the Credit Agency just to have no support from the Credit agency, correct. What good is a Fraud Alert if I am going to be scammed by the Credit Report Agency itself, right! they are supposed to protect me from fraud, which is what the [redacted] did to me. After they suckered me I thought to myself, no big Deal the Credit Agency has a Fraud Alert and they will contact me and ask and I will say to them I do not authorize this credit check. Man was I wrong. I have had numerous issues with this Credit agency falsifying my name. Numerous attempts to have them fix it. I have sent proof documents to them to correct my name and back and forth they fix my name and unfix my name. I am sure it is harassment. So I am not thru with tis Credit Report Company. on the site it states they will Back me and verify me for attempts of credit. False!

If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, in some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the Consumer the resultS.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information.If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. If we do notreceive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the itern asrequested delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevantinformation submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should bechanged or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take aslong as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer theresults.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reportingagencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with thefurnisher of the information.If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact thefurnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record.
