I have contacted Experian several times about the following accounts: 1. [redacted]... 2. [redacted]#:3... After speaking to [redacted] a Experian Consumer Affairs employee I was told that neither account has been verified or a contract bearing my signature was ever supplied. Per FCRA guidelines accounts have to be verified and accurate in which neither are. I was told that each account is simply verified through Experians system. Please supply a contract bearing my signature or delete the above mentioned items. Please supply a contact bearing my signature or delete the items. Please also investigate Acceptance Now for fraudulent and inaccurate reporting as they currently have several complaints regarding their organization.

[redacted] Dear Revdex.com.Our office recently received your correspondence of August 3, 2016 regarding the above mentioned consumer's rebuttal of our response to his complaint. We are presently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees based upon the consumer's Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) complaint received on 7/19/2016. A copy of the consumer's CFPB complaint was provided to the creditor for review. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of the investigation directly to the consumer.Regarding the consumer's complaint received on 6/24/2016, we provided the creditor with a copy of the consumer's complaint along with our request for investigation. The creditor responded to us on 7/13/2016 confirming the accuracy of the account as it appeared on the credit report.Regarding the consumer's complaints received on 2/9/2015 and 4/6/2015, the disputed information has been previously investigated. A letter had been sent to the consumer requesting additional relevant information before we could investigate the disputed information again. Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer credit reporting agency.Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Please contact me directly at [redacted] if you have any questions.Sincerely,[redacted]

Thank you for this help, I disagree with Experian's response, I have furnished them a copy of my police report stating I have been a victim of identity theft and I also informed Experian on several occasions of this account which does not belong to me, I have any knowledge of this account what so ever... Experian keeps advising this account is validated but fails to show me what proof of validation was received for myself to review also... I will upload the police report which was furnished to Experian last year which they stated they never received on 9/24/2017...this police report will be uploaded again for them to have on file .
