I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:
Case Description: Beginning July 1, public record data collected for credit reporting purposes, including bankruptcies, civil judgments, and tax liens, must contain minimum identifying information and be collected at more frequent intervals as follows:  Minimum reporting of: (1) Name, (2) Address, and (3) Social Security Number and/or date of birth; and Minimum frequency of courthouse visits to obtain newly filed and updated public records of at least every 90 days. After reviewing my credit file, I have contacted this credit reporting agency via mail and by telephone to ask them to remove this negative public record information from my credit file due to this identifying information not being properly documented in my credit file.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The Fair Credit Reporting Act is "Law" and not to be "interpreted by the reporting agency", which Experian has admitted to in their response statement, thus breaching the Fair Credit Reporting Act with their own admission. Law is a statute by which entities and reporting agencies will abide by, further more the Fair Credit Reporting Act clear states the procedure and protocol. The law below clearly states that Experian must remove the "Dismissed Bankruptcies" from my credit report.Any case, civil or otherwise, which is dismissed no longer exists in the eye of the law and a case filed may never have actually been adjudicated. Therefore, you have no right to maintain information which the government has deemed nonexistent. Therefore, pursuant to Section 1681(a)(5) of the FCRA, you must delete this information from my credit report and send me an updated copy when this action is completed

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Their response does not address the fact that they lied about verifying these judgments directly with the court. A third party data furnisher is not the Waukesha County Courthouse.Another issue that has arisen since I've filed this complaint is that Experian is unwilling to speak to me about my credit report. I am consistently transferred to an unnamed department that immediately disconnects me. I cannot even leave a message or get transferred. The behavior of Experian is not ethical or acceptable.
