I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I want Experian to provide proof of the debt from the original creditor that the collection agency is reporting. Upon providing proof if it exist I want the date to correspond correctly with the date the debt first went delinquent. This debt has appeared on credit reports by 3 different collection agencies and it continues to re-age the debt as new.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[The Fair Credit Reporting Act is "Law" and not to be "interpreted by the reporting agency", which Experian has admitted to in their response statement, thus breaching the Fair Credit Reporting Act with their own admission. Law is a statute by which entities and reporting agencies will abide by, further more the Fair Credit Reporting Act clear states the procedure and protocol. The law below clearly states that Experian must remove the "Dismissed Bankruptcies" from my credit report.Any case, civil or otherwise, which is dismissed no longer exists in the eye of the law and a case filed may never have actually been adjudicated. Therefore, you have no right to maintain information which the government has deemed nonexistent. Therefore, pursuant to Section 1681(a)(5) of the FCRA, you must delete this information from my credit report and send me an updated copy when this action is completed

Their response does not address the fact that they lied about verifying these judgments directly with the court. A third party data furnisher is not the Waukesha County Courthouse.Another issue that has arisen since I've filed this complaint is that Experian is unwilling to speak to me about my credit report. I am consistently transferred to an unnamed department that immediately disconnects me. I cannot even leave a message or get transferred. The behavior of Experian is not ethical or acceptable.

Credit Reprot [redacted] Experian is reporting two collections on my credit report that should not be on there. I have disputed the following collection accounts several times and they have not been properly validated or verified. Midland Funding - [redacted] and National Recovery Agency - [redacted] are not my accounts as I have disputed them, and even filed separated Revdex.com and CFPB complaints about them and Experian still has not deleted it. please delete from my credit report.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have previously disputed the inaccurate information with Experian, Experian "verified" the inaccurate information and the fraudulent accounts remained on my account. This request was for Experian to provide me with the method used to verify the fraudulent accounts. FCRA 611 (a)(6)(B )(iii) states that upon request Experian must provide me a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy
and completeness of the information. This includes, but is not limited to the
business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in
connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if
reasonably available. As stated in FCRA 611 (a)(7) Experian was to  provide this information no later than 15 days after receiving this request. It is now past the 15 days required by law, Experian is in violation of the law.Experian is now required to DELETE all the fraudulent accounts detailed in the request from my report.Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate, or failing to report information correctly or completely, violates the FCRA.

The information was verified as accurately reported and confirmation was mailed to the consumer at the conclusion of the investigations.Additionally, phone verification with the bankruptcy court clerk's office on May 12, 2015 indicated that the bankruptcy had not been withdrawn or filed in error and documentation provided by the consumer in a letter dated April 28, 2015 was not a valid court document. If these bankruptcies were initiated as a result of identity theft, the consumer should contact the US Trustee at the court directly.
