Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I want Experian to provide proof of the debt from the original creditor that the collection agency is reporting. Upon providing proof if it exist I want the date to correspond correctly with the date the debt first went delinquent. This debt has appeared on credit reports by 3 different collection agencies and it continues to re-age the debt as new.
Regards,

above mentioned consumer's Experian credit report. If a bankruptcy was dismissed or withdrawn, it appears on the consumer's personal credit report because every action that relates to Credit may become part of the Credit history. So even though the Court did not allow the filing of the bankruptcy or the bankruptcy did not go through, the fact that the Case was documented allows it to appear on the personal Credit report.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), Section 605 (d) (1), if a bankruptcy is withdrawn before a final judgment "the consumer reporting agency shall include in the report that such case was Withdrawn".The bankruptcy dismissed withdrawn status will remain on the Consumer's Experian Credit report for seven years from the filing date.Thank you for allowing me to assist you.
