Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The issue is not the classification of the appropriate issue. The issue lies within the Online IT solution coming up short in terms of handling exceptions outside of those specific disputes. In my example, a business had pulled my credit excessively and immediately realized the mistake. They have provided the credit bureau with the proper certified, notarized, letter head asking to remove the inquiries listed. When the creditor did not remove my inquiry, I was attempting to provide them the documentation a second time so they can properly remove this. They do not allow the option online, so I got on the phone with customer service and was told that they did not have any drop box, e-mail address, or other corresponding means for me to get them the notarized letter they required. They did not provide me with a fax option, they only allowed me to spend my own money to provide them, AGAIN, with the letter they already have so they can remove the inquiries. After that fact, the customer service agent was rude, and refused to allow me to file a formal complaint over the phone or speak to an immediate supervisor to get the matter resolved. Having to resubmit the paperwork again is not a proper solution, nor is it proper to not allow the normal free online solution to upload and have the company review it.

Revdex.com:
I thank you for your assistance and have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted]. The Proposed action almost resolves my complaint in whole. I do appreciate the clearing up of these issues by Experian and getting me back to operating level both personal and for business. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[I can't say this isn't a satisfied result because I would like to make sure all matters concerning issues that were in settlement contract were resolved. I just wish it didn't take 3 years to do and I have a more full report to have things hard checks reversed. This is because I would get a confirmation in the past that something was deleted for it to reappear via another credit reporting agency. [redacted] was not able to be reached for this situation oddly, but I would like to know if there's a way that they can also do this update on repairing my credit history]Note: [redacted] keeps popping up, but they were paid off a while ago and keep coming back plus it was from 2008. Isn't [redacted] out of it's statute of reporting?

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have previously disputed the inaccurate information with Experian, Experian "verified" the inaccurate information and the fraudulent accounts remained on my account. This request was for Experian to provide me with the method used to verify the fraudulent accounts. FCRA 611 (a)(6)(B )(iii) states that upon request Experian must provide me a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy
and completeness of the information. This includes, but is not limited to the
business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in
connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher, if
reasonably available. As stated in FCRA 611 (a)(7) Experian was to provide this information no later than 15 days after receiving this request. It is now past the 15 days required by law, Experian is in violation of the law.Experian is now required to DELETE all the fraudulent accounts detailed in the request from my report.Reporting information that you know to be inaccurate, or failing to report information correctly or completely, violates the FCRA.
