I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have attached all documentation from the Department of Education showing and proving all my loans are paid in full and closed!!!! This information should be reflected on my credit report instead of the WRONG information Experian has been reporting.

mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal Credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, in some instances, upon reviewing the Credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the Consumer the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the Credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the Credit report directly with the furnisher of the information. If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. credit report. We are currently investigating the [redacted] public record with which theconsumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigationdirectly to the consumer. Our records indicate that the additional disputed information does not appear on the consumer'scurrent Experian credit report. The risk score is a mathematical summary of the credit history using sophisticated statistics andmathematical equations to calculate the summary. Numerical values are assigned to various piecesof information in a credit report, resulting in the risk score. The risk score changes over time as aconsumer continues to develop their credit history, and may change from day to day as credit historyis updated. The interpretations of risk scores differ according to the need and requirements set by the variouscredit grantors, and may indeed vary on a daily basis. Similarly, different credit grantors can view thesame risk score differently, depending on their experiences with other consumers scoring in the samerange, their marketing plans, their business niche and many other factors. Experian is not privy to thevalues assigned to the information appearing on a consumer's credit report. That information wouldbe considered proprietary to the credit grantor.Common questions that many consumers have regarding their credit scores are "why didn't my scorego up?" or "what can I do to make my score go up?" For example, you might ask if closing twoinstallment accounts would improve your credit score. While this question may appear to be easy toanswer, there are many factors to consider. Simply closing two accounts not only lowers the numberof open installment accounts (which generally will improve your score) but it also lowers the totalnumber of all open accounts (which generally lowers your score).Furthermore, such an action will affect the average age of all accounts that could either raise or loweryour score. As you can see, one seemingly simple change actually affects a large number of items onyour credit report. Therefore, it is impossible to provide an accurate assessment of how one specificaction will affect your credit score. A credit score is based entirely on the information found on yourpersonal credit report. Any change to your credit report could affect your score. For these reasons, the score cannot be "disputed". However, if there is information appearing on acredit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we are able to investigate that specificinformation. Inaccurate information on the credit report could possibly be the cause of an inaccuratescore.Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist.
