Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the Consumes the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnishes of the information. If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Please refer to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available).Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist.
