Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I am not satisfied that these items are under investigation., particularly the [redacted] and [redacted] items. all three are satisfied, paid as agreed, and I have submitted documentation previously clearing me for the [redacted] small claims. I have been submitting these requests ad nauseum as I feel that the bureaus do not employ any level of common sense, particularly on accounts that are never late, and sufficient explanation has been provided. The only resolution is to completely remove these form my public record. you see my history as all accounts are paid as agreed. now because of a mix-up, there is refusal to help me in my time of need. I need to obtain a corporate card for my work and cannot because of these things. For example:The [redacted] account you reference an account number and almost displayed my entire social security number. this CLEARLY is NOT A BANK VCREDIT CARD NUMBER[redacted] is under review by the Revdex.com in Charlotte for false representation of my payment history[redacted] Small Claims was paid and I was given assurances by a lawfirm that this would not be placed on my record, and if it was, that UI would supply you with the satisfaction letter and it would be removed from my record. I have done so, and yet it remains. I ask again and again how to REMOVE these items completely from my report; that is the ONLY resolution here other than continuing to press forward month over month, or take legal action against the reporting agencies. I am asking for help here, not some sort of punishment for these things. the [redacted] claim was for visits to the hospital for my daughter, who was a 29 week old preemie with seizures and had 5 operations on her brain. The bills read like a book. the one bill likely fell through the cracks, but I remedied as soon as I found out. Still punished. not fair as a consumer. I amassed tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills over the last seven years and paid them all, nothing is late. Please reconsider and help me here.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
First off I have yet to provide documentation of any kind to Experian. I received a letter from the bankruptcy court recently that details how they verify information with the credit bureau's. I have not submitted this letter to Experian yet as I was waiting for the response to this complaint. However, this letter does state that the bankruptcy courts do not provide the full social security number associated with the case. So, when Experian is lying and saying they have verified that information, it is exactly that, a lie. The bankruptcy court will no provide the full social security number, not verbally, not on a written letter, not in any form. They only provide the last 4 digits of the social security number. I have asked Experian to send documentation that specifically shows the full name, social security number, address, etc. for this bankruptcy case on my credit report and I have not received this documentation from Experian. My point here is that Experian is not doing its job completely in verifying information being reported on my credit report, and quite frankly its not happening for millions of other consumers either. Experian never provides documentation of specific information for items that they claim to verify. Again, as I have mentioned before I would like specific verifying documentation from Experian showing the method of verification, the individuals contact name, address, phone number, and what information they verified as accurate for each item on my credit report, or I want all the items deleted from my credit report.

Not sure why it took 3 weeks for you to inform me that you received my complaint dated July 21, 2017 and will be investigating. It will be a month next week so if you haven't done you're investigation by then you should be deleting this incorrect record from my credit report. Equifax has already done their leg work and delete the record you need to follow suit. However, I have attached my consolidation paperwork showing all my loans were removed from [redacted] as well as a copy of the disbursements that were sent to the Dept of Education to pay [redacted] for those loans which includes the duplicate one you are reporting AND CONTINUE TO UPDATE REGARDLESS OF IT SHOWING CLOSED SINCE 9/2016. So I no longer have any loans with that company. Therefore you need to remove that incorrect information from my credit report because the others are already reporting as closed and paid. If this continues to be a problem then I will have to SUE.

mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information. In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the Consumes the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnishes of the information. If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record.
