In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, entities who have certified to Experian thatthey have a permissible purpose may inquire about credit information. For example, organizations thathave granted you credit or with whom you have applied for credit, or entities collecting on transactionsthat you initiated or on judgments rendered against you, are permitted to make inquiries on your creditreport. Requests for your credit history remain on the personal credit report for at least two years.Inquiries from credit grantors who request your credit information as part of your application for creditwill display under the heading "Inquiries shared with others" on your personal credit report. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.[redacted] (not sure of correct spelling) a supervisor from last Revdex.com complaint lied and said that there was no charge made to my card. There was a charge and he lied so that he could get the case closed in favor of Experian. He tried making the process as difficult as possible and mindlessly, Revdex.com took his word for it that they never charged my card. Well, I disputed this charge and recently received a letter from my bank stating that the dispute ended in my favor and the $7.95 was taken from the merchant and given to me. I just want to make sure we get the facts correct here. [redacted] will say that they tried contacting me, but they didn't. Overtime he called it was to complicate the situation because we started off from a bad note and [redacted] got offended. He only contacted me to play a game that only he knows about. Anyway, the point is that he can say what he wants, but the decision ended in my favor and I do not believe this should continue to be recorded incorrectly on the Revdex.com site.?Request for Revdex.com to record the dispute as unresolved. After assessing the situation, my bank determined that Mr. [redacted] of Experian was not acting honestly, and the dispute was found to be in my favor. Please make the appropriate corrections so that Mr. [redacted] and Experian are found as the party liable of committing the wrongful acts. Their professional misconduct should not impact my responsible consumer behavior. Also, please note that Mr. [redacted] made no effort in apologizing to me. He apologized to Revdex.com. This speaks volumes about his lack of regard for customers. Please contact me if you have any questions or if I can be of any further assistance to you.

I receive two copies of the adjusted report. Both dated the same day November 23rd. One said that the bankruptcy items were deleted, the other said the bankruptcy items were updated and would remain on my report until June 2019. This would be 7 years after the discharge date of the bankruptcy. By law it must be removed 7 years after the filing date of the bankruptcy which was in July 2008. So it should have been removed from my report in July 2015. Please review your report again and ensure that these items are removed.

[This is EXACTLY why Experian is getting away with placing inaccurate and unverified information and dates on the accounts of consumers.  It took a month for Experian and the Revdex.com to tell me what I already know, which is that Verizon updated the account.  My concerns have completely been ignored and mocked. Both Verizon and Experian are guilty of allowing inaccurate amounts and dates to be placed on my acvount. For months.  This update from Verizon, Experian or the Revdex.com remedies or justifies the violation of the FCRA that has taken place.  Highly disappointing.]
