Our records indicate that We previously conducted an investigation regarding the disputed information and have provided the results of our investigation directly to the consumer on April 23, 2016.Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer credit reporting agency.If your client disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is the consumer's legal right, under the FCRA, to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of their dispute. consumer was able to place a Security freeze on the Experian credit report on 13, 2017, through our automated phone system. If consumer has additional concerns or questions may contact me directly at 214-726-4068 and I will assist them in any way that I can.In the state of North Carolina there is not a fee for the consumer to place a security free on credit report unless they are a protected consumer between the ages of 16 and 62. The fee for the protected consumers is $5.Equifax announced on September 7th that they recently discovered a data breach in their system that affected a large number of consumers. As with any data breach this is an unfortunate situation for impacted consumers. To be clear, this is an Equifax incident and unrelated to Experian. We have no indication, nor any reason to believe we were affected. However. we stand ready to support impacted consumers as needed.For specific information this data breach, the consun may contact Equifax at 866-447-7559.Not everyone will be a victim of identity theft as a result of a breach, but keeping informed can help the consumer mitigate risk wren dealing with any data breach. When a breach does occur, the can take action by doing a few things.Stay alert: If the consumer have been part of a data breach, the breached company may send them a notice. Retain all documents and consider any suggestions they may have. Also, pay attention to and retain any mail they receive that is unfamiliar to them, such as notices from the IRS regarding taxes or any bills from unknown lenders.Monitor financial accounts: consumer can visit their online bank and financial accounts, up any alert features they may have, if the consumer has not already done so. This could help save some time and keep them notified of any unusual events when they occur.Monitor credit reports: The consumer can check their credit for free once every twelve months by visiting AnnualCreditReport.com. Checking credit can help the consumer identify any unusual activity, such as new accounts, new personal or inquiries. using their information without their consent.

with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of
our investigation directly to the consumer.
Our records indicate that the [redacted] account does not appear on the consumer's current
Experian credit report.
Regarding [redacted] our records indicate that we previously investigated this
account on 08/20/2014. The creditor verified the accuracy of the account. Results of the investigation
were provided directly to the consumer. Any further concerns regarding this disputed information may
need to be directed to the creditors reporting this information. Please refer to the original personal

regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report.We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. If there is information appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific dispute.
