I spoke to [redacted], Consumer Relations with Experian in regards to the disputes and also previous complaints submitted to the CFPB about the bankruptcy. I received a generic result letter explaining that all information was accurate. When I spoke to [redacted] on the phone, I was informed that I had two credit reports with Experian. One that creditors viewed and one that Experian had on file. This does not make sense because my personal information has never changed, nor did I change any personal information provided to creditors in the process of applying for credit. The credit report, in fact, showed that I had a bankruptcy and it was removed after the dispute. I was not informed of having two reports by anyone from Experian or notified that the "two" merged into one report. [redacted] is a part of the consumer relations department, and has yet to reach out to me about any disputes or complaints with CFPB. I've had to reach to [redacted] several times. If I call Experian to voice a complaint or dispute, I'm referred over to him. [redacted] has shown a company-based biased decision. I requested this proof of the two reports and the merger of them, but was informed that the requested information is no longer accessible. Due to Experian's negligence, misled, misinformed practices several card companies cancelled my cards with them. Experian removed the inaccurate Bankruptcy in February of this year. Please see the attachment of this from several randoms date of my credit report provided by Experian to me, the consumer showing that there is no public record on my credit report. I am requesting that this disputed and inaccurate bankruptcy be removed from my credit report because my rights under the FCRA were violated. The bankruptcy was initially disputed in February, removed in February and reinserted July 21st, 2017. The below Procedure should have been adhered to as set forth by the FCRA: 611. Procedure in case of disputed accuracy [15 U.S.C. § 1681i] (B) Requirements relating to reinsertion of previously deleted material. (ii) Notice to consumer. If any information that has been deleted from a consumer's file pursuant to subparagraph (A) is reinserted in the file, the consumer reporting agency shall notify the consumer of the reinsertion in writing not later than 5 business days after the reinsertion.

Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumes.Our records indicate that at no time was [redacted] account [redacted]xxxx deleted from the consumer's Experian credit report.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information of the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing.
