Dear Revdex.com:Our office recently received your correspondence dated August 16, 2017, regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report.A personal Credit report, by law, must list all parties that have requested a consumer's credit history. According to the Fair Credit...

Reporting Act, credit grantors with a permissible purpose may inquire about credit information. Requests for your client's credit history remain on the personal credit report for 2 years. The federal Fair CreditReporting Act (the "FCRA") section 604 outlines permissible purposes of Consumer reports. The inquiries shown on a Credit report are a factual record of the companies who have accessed and reviewed a consumer's profile. They are only logged on the report, when in fact, an inquiry was made. A record of this activity, pursuant to federal law, must remain a part of record. Please note that Experian does not receive a copy of any applications made to credit grantors. The consumer may wish to contact the Creditor directly for that information. Therefore, we must respectfully deny the consumer's request to remove the inquiries. If I may be of further assistance you, please feel free to contact me directly.Sincerely,[redacted] Senior Regulatory Affairs Associate

To
constitute “legal validation” & therefore, investigate the accuracy of the reported information, you as the reporting agency are required to
retain copies of the following documentation from the individual or institution
submitting the debt information to be reported:

i.
Complete
& concise payment history, the requirement of which has been established
within [redacted] . App. [redacted] & an
agreement that bears the name & signature of the alleged debtor wherein
he/she agreed to pay the original creditor.

ii.
Letter
of Sale or Assignment from the original creditor to a collection company; this
agreement establishes the authority for another to collect on the alleged debt
& has been established within [redacted] Information relating to the
purchase of a bad debt is not burdensome nor proprietary; debtor must phrase
their request clearly to obtain. The source of a bad debt & the amount a
bad debt buyer paid for the Plaintiff’s debt, how amount sought was calculated,
wherein issue a list of reports to credit bureaus, & documents conferring
authority on defendant to collect said debt.

iii.
Intimate
knowledge of the creation of the debt by the collection agency.
Pursuant to
the FCDPA section 809, no one is allo[redacted] District Court of Arizona,
2004 states that the court ruled that reporting a bad debt for collection is
indeed considered collection activity. Therefore, until you have fulfilled my
formal request to provide me w/ “legal validation”, by Federal mandate you’re
legally obligated to cease all reporting of any & all alleged debts in
question on my credit report at your bureau. The above-stated Federal mandates
also establish civil liability & make way for me to seek financial
compensation for such liability from any offending party. While I prefer not to
litigate, I will manipulate the courts as needed to exercise & enforce my
constitutional rights within the FCRA & FDCPA legislations.
So in conclusion, since I've not been provided with any of the listed requirements that I'm entitled to when a credit reporting bureau replies that a listed has been "verified" or "validated", you're violating my rights. Unless these debts are deleted, I will seek legal remedy.
