regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the [redacted] account with which the Consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the Consumer. Each national Consumer Credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each Company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer Credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a Consumer with another Consumer Credit reporting agency. We have mailed a current Credit report directly to the Consumer for review. If there is additional information appearing on a Credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific dispute. Examples of specific disputes are as follows: "not mine, paid in full, never delinquent or included in bankruptcy" or for public record disputes: "not mine, paid/satisfied, vacated or filed in error". If the status dates, amounts, balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer should also indicate what the correct information should be. Please specify the item or account name and number. Please provide the Consumer's specific disputes along with their Complete identification information (Social Security number, full name, Current address, previous addresses in the last two years and date of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as a driver's license, state ID card, military ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance Statement, etc.By federal law, your personal credit report must list all organizations that have requested your credit history. In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, entities who have certified to Experian that they have a permissible purpose may inquire about credit information. For example, organizations that have granted you creditor with whom you have applied for credit, or entities collecting on transactions that you initiated or on judgments rendered against you, are permitted to make inquiries on your credit report. Requests for your credit history remain on the personal credit report for at least two years.Inquiries from credit grantors who request your credit information as part of your application for credit will display under the heading "Inquiries shared with others" on your personal credit report. These induiries display on your credit report when it is accessed by others with a permissible purpose. These inquiries may affect your credit score.Other inquiries for your credit information are considered "soft" induiries and do not affect your credit score. Some examples are: your current creditors to monitor your accounts, other creditors who want to offer you preapproved credit, an employer who wishes to extend an offer of employment, a potential investor assessing the risk of a current credit obligation, an end user to complete your mortgage loan application, and insurance underwriting (auto or home). These inquiries appear under the heading "Inquiries shared only with you" on your personal credit report and are not seen by anyone but you (except insurance Companies may be able to see other insurance company inquiries). Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Hello I received a letter from Experian stating that a few collections that I disputed where deleted from my credit report and they where up until two weeks ago when an account that was previously deleted was put back on. That collection is [redacted] for $2,401 Account#[redacted] Today I received yet another alert that a collection was added from [redacted] that was previously deleted, Account#[redacted]. I called in to speak with customer service and was treated horribly. I've never had a problem with their customer service until today. She was very nasty and rude to me and argumentative towards me basically calling me a liar when I have documentation from Experian as well credit reports that shows these collections where removed. I also sent a pay to deleted letter to [redacted] and they accepted my offer and cashed the check agreeing to delete the account. I sent a copy the letter and check to Experian and they will not delete this account either even though I have sent in documents stating that the account is paid in full.remove collection accounts
