I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I filed several dispute with Experian (report ID 1906-0931-54) and has refused to delete the fraud account from [redacted] # [redacted] from my credit report . I am a victim of Identity Theft. Experian refuses to remove questionable account, by stating that company verified them as mine. But the only verification proof that they were supplied is the fact that the identity information that has been used my social security number. Experian has no other documentation and refuses to remove these fraudulent account, even though the other credit bureaus have notified them of the fraud account. I have asked the company to supply me with verification documentation and they cannot, and I have asked Experian to supply me with verification documentation and they refused to comply. I also have multiple inquiries on my credit report which are not associated with any account nor do I have an account with them. I have contacted Experian and was expressed to contact the companies to remove them. I contacted the companies which stated that have no account for me and cant help me because... I am not in their system. This is an error which must be rectified. I have a fraud alert on my account which has been violated. I need the inquiries removed immediately and an updated copy of my credit report or signed authorization showing I authorized these companies below to access my credit file. In Mr. [redacted]'s original complaint of December 24, 2014, theaddress he gave indicated that he was a resident of New York State. Per New York law, the civilclaim judgment in question was beyond the 5 year limit and therefore was not a part of his Experiancredit report.Recently, Mr. [redacted] indicated that he had relocated, and was now a resident of Nevada. The NewYork law applies only to residents of New York, it does not apply to non-residents. As a resident ofNevada, the FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act) applies and states that civil claim judgments mayremain on the credit report for 7 years. As long as Mr. [redacted] is a resident of any state other thanNew York, the judgment in question will remain on his Experian credit report for 7 years from theoriginal filling date.Questions or complaints regarding Experian Direct are handled in a different Experian office andshould be directed to: Experian Consumer Services, [redacted] Telephone: [redacted]When a creditor or monitoring service requests a consumer's Experian credit report, Experianprovides the information as it appears on the date the request was processed and based upon theidentification information provided.Thank you for allowing me to assist you. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Billing or Collection IssuesThere are several things on my credit report that are inaccurate. [redacted] is double billing us and this is needing to be removed right away. Legal item has been disputed and documents have been sent in to prove this should be removed. There are multiple inquiries that are not authorized that need to be removed. All except ** [redacted] are not mine. There is one from check n go which is not mine either. I have been a victim of identity theft 3x in a year and these keep popping up and I am not the one whom authorized any of these. I need these removed immediatley. I am in process of buying a house and this is hurting my opportunity to be a home owner. If these are not removed I will need to take further action, against your company and the creditor themselves which I have already tried to explain that these are not mine and get them to remove them.Correction to a credit reportI would like my credit report corrected with the removal of [redacted] ** and all the inquiries and the legal item that is on my report. These are not mine and it is hurting my credit and opportunities to get my new home. I need these removed today. I am not going to ask the creditors again to remove these I am just going to continue to file with the Revdex.com until I reach someone that has authority to tell the Bureaus to remove these. This is absurd I have to go through Revdex.com.
