[This business has already exceeded their allotted time frame in which they were supposed to do these 'verification' steps. Twice previous to my complaint, this company was contacted and was given more than 45 days each time, in order to perform verification. They not only neglected to do so, they failed to notify me either time of any action or activity in regards to my requests. This complaint is not a request for them to simply have an opportunity to begin or start this process anew, it is a complaint that they have already FAILED to do this process.]
