consumer on April 3, 2017 and December 9, 2016.Each national consumer Credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer credit reporting agency. If the consumer disagrees with the results of the reinvestigation, it is the consumer's legal right, under the FCRA, to add a 100-word statement specifying the nature of their dispute. The statement will appear with the item as long as the item remains on the credit report. If you have any additional supporting documentation regarding the disputed information, please forward that to my attention for review.According to the Fair CreditReporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I contacted Experian and they opened a dispute on 01/10/18 and on 01/13/2018 they found that the account mentioned is accurate. I submitted the letter from the courthouse saying they DO NOT REPORT to the credit bureaus. Experian is reporting that SPRNGFLD CRT is showing a bankruptcy. How is that possible if the courts DO NOT REPORT?? Experian by LAW is required to report ACCURATE information in which this case EXPERIAN is NOT Delete/Remove this inaccurate information.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Billing or Collection IssuesThere are several things on my credit report that are inaccurate. [redacted] is double billing us and this is needing to be removed right away. Legal item has been disputed and documents have been sent in to prove this should be removed. There are multiple inquiries that are not authorized that need to be removed. All except ** [redacted] are not mine. There is one from check n go which is not mine either. I have been a victim of identity theft 3x in a year and these keep popping up and I am not the one whom authorized any of these. I need these removed immediatley. I am in process of buying a house and this is hurting my opportunity to be a home owner. If these are not removed I will need to take further action, against your company and the creditor themselves which I have already tried to explain that these are not mine and get them to remove them.Correction to a credit reportI would like my credit report corrected with the removal of [redacted] ** and all the inquiries and the legal item that is on my report. These are not mine and it is hurting my credit and opportunities to get my new home. I need these removed today. I am not going to ask the creditors again to remove these I am just going to continue to file with the Revdex.com until I reach someone that has authority to tell the Bureaus to remove these. This is absurd I have to go through Revdex.com.
