regarding the above 6mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the disputed information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information. If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Please refer to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available).According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national consumer credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents.Consumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the creditor. If the issue is not resolved, then the consumer credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report. August 14, 2017, Experian deleted items that I disputed and sent the dispute results to me. Then on August 21, 2017 I pulled my Experian report so I could have a copy of my updated report confirming the deletions Experian made but the items that were supposed to be deleted were still on my report. So I called Experian on August 21, 2017 and spoke with a customer service rep and he stated that Experian made a mistake and the items were reinserted. I told him this was against the federal law because under FCRA 611(a)(5)(B), three things must happen. 1. the party requesting reinsertion must provide a Certification of Accuracy to the CRA alomg with their request for reinsertion. 2. The CRA must accept the sufficiency of the Certification . 3. If the CRA reinserts, they must send the consumer (me) written notification within 5 business days of the reinsertion. to tis date I have not received any written notification of reinsertion or ant documentation that these items belong to me. I asked the rep to send me what documentation they have and they sated that someone went to the courthouse to get the information. which is a lie because the courts DO NOT give any information to the CRAs. How can Experian delete items from my report and then reinsert them without any written notification to the consumer. That is a clear violation of the FCRA. I demand these items be deleted.

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Mr. [redacted] is indicating to be specific about the dispute in which I thought I was so I will try to clarify. My entire credit file is compiled with only (outdated) old student loans which should have dropped off of my file at this point. I am baffled as to why the old creditors of old student loans have not been removed because they are all extremely old creditors and at this point all old creditors exceeding several years are classified as too old to be on file. I am also asking Mr. [redacted] to provide the method in which they are disputed if he does not remove the old files as well as who verified so that I may use this information to obtain legal assistance to remove the outdated accounts. Regards, [redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Revdex.com,I do not understand your closing this case? I am currently on active duty in the [redacted] and my abilities are limited. I have been actively communicating with Experian and would ask that this case be reopened until a resolution has been given by Experian. How can this be closed while the items are being "researched" still? For one, I am unable to call anyone, which is what Mr. [redacted] was asking that I do. He had actually e-mailed me on 6/30, to which I replied stating that I do not have access to a phone while on active duty. I asked that he correspond directly with me via e-mail or the Revdex.com.Further, I am very confused by his response, as I have been directly speaking with the President of Experian, [redacted]. Wo had stated, that given the circumstances, he would let them know that I would not be able to communicate via phone. The message that received back from [redacted], an identity theft professional, said that he would be working on the complaint. Even further, the [redacted], [redacted] and [redacted] accounts that he is saying have been "investigated" were disputed previously, I do not deny that. I in fact said that I THOUGHT that my report was simply merged with that of my brother, I never would have though that he and his wife had STOLEN my identity, as I was later informed by police when they were caught perpetrating a crime on yet ANOTHER person. Of course, the personally identifiable information would match - my brother had directly access to my license, SSN and other information. The [redacted] account cannot even possibly be "verified" as I just received a letter from [redacted] stating that they have insufficient information to validate the debt, as it was acquired after [redacted] (a predatory lender) had been shut down and the accounts purchased by [redacted] (which also closed) and then subsequently purchased by [redacted] (which also closed) and then [redacted], which is now [redacted].I would ask that [redacted] contact me directly via personal e-mail or through the Revdex.com message board.I should not be penalize while I am actively serving my country for something that is clearly not something that I perpetrated upon myself. Please advise ASAP.[redacted]
