RE [redacted] M. [redacted] Complaint ID # [redacted]REF [redacted]Dear Revdex.com.Our office recently received your correspondence of October 11, 2016 regarding the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees....
Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the Consumer.Judgments, Tax Liens and Bankruptcies are a matter of public record. Although the Court where the disputed public records are filed may not report this type of data, a vendor may collect this data directly from the court's public records and supply that information to Experian. Each national Consumer Credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit Reporting Act differently and each Company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a consumer with another consumer Credit reporting agency. When a Consumer disputes the accuracy or Completeness of information on the personal Credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that Collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and complete investigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the time frame required by law. We review and Consider the response to determine whether to accept it, reject it, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information is inaccurate, incomplete or Cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify that information, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information, in some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to Contact the furnisher or the vendor. After we complete our processing, we send the Consumer the results. In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reporting agencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with the furnisher of the information. If the Consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to Contact the furnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Please refer to the original personal credit report for the furnisher or public records office name, address, and phone number (if available).According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a national Consumer Credit reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to review the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item which may include contacting the furnisher of the information or the vendor that Collected the information from a public record source, such as a court or other government office, notifying them of the disputed information and disclosing all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. In order to help resolve the consumer's dispute, Experian will review all relevant documents submitted by the Consumer with the dispute and will forward such documents to the furnisher if Experian is unable to resolve the issue based on those documents. Consumers may also contact creditors directly to dispute items reported by the Creditor. If the issue is not resolved, then the Consumer Credit reporting agency must offer to include a consumer statement on the personal credit report.Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist. Let me assure you that Experian takes its Commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you for allowing me to assist you. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.[redacted]

the items on my credit score are WRONG. ive called and disputed them as well as submited a dispute by mail and nobody has EVER gotten back to me. The [redacted] shows a balance of 6346, this is not correct as this was included in my bankruptcy and they had to write that balance off. This should be a $0 balance. I contacted Creditors Service bure and this account for [redacted]or $261 that shows in collections should not be listed. This was also included in my bankruptcy and wrote off by the agency. This entire account should be REMOVED from my credit score. The account [redacted] that shows negative should be removed as I never received a bill from the providers office until it went to collections, and from there I paid if off in full. All these changes should be done to my credit score.I want my credit report FIXED to reflect the correct information that way my scores are based on the CORRECT info.

I have no relationship with [redacted] and they have offered no proof of this debt. Whomever provided this information should not have done so. No one has provided legal evidence of any debt. I should not have to contact anyone but Exerprian as they are the entity that has improper information on my credit report. I will follow up with further action.

[Although, I am grateful for them removing those accounts that didn't belongs to me. There are other accounts that doesn't belongs to me and I have proven time after time that these accounts doesn't belongs to me. The companies that I have issues out the complaints with, dispute letters, and the debt verification. Hasn't provided me any information linking me to the debt. I demand that these two accounts be removed immediately, [redacted] Bank and [redacted] Auto Acceptance. These two companies are breaking the law by placing these account on my consumer report without verification and this credit company is breaking both state and federal law by not providing me any physical proof with a hard copy of any contract to provide the debt is mine. They keep asking me to reach out to these companies and these companies are just trying to re-age an account that doesn't belongs to me. My complaint will be more than happy to accept the business response when my report reflect my true values.]
