Upon completionof this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit reportand tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process thedispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected theinformation from a public record source such as a court or other government office eitherelectronically or by US Mail. We ask the furnisher or the vendor to conduct a thorough and completeinvestigation to verify all of the information regarding the disputed item, and report back within the timeframe required by law. We review and consider the response to determine whether to accept it, rejectit, or follow up for additional information. If, after processing, we find that the disputed information isinaccurate, incomplete or cannot be verified, we then delete that information, or modify thatinformation, as appropriate, based upon the dispute and the results of our processing. If we do notreceive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item asrequested or delete the information, In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevantinformation submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should bechanged or deleted without having to contact the furnisher or the vendor. Investigations can take aslong as 30 days to reach a conclusion. After we complete our processing, we send the consumer theresults.In addition to the consumer's right to dispute information in the credit file with the credit reportingagencies, the consumer also has the right to dispute information in the credit report directly with thefurnisher of the information.If the consumer questions the results of the dispute process, then they may want to contact thefurnisher of the information directly or review the original information in the public record. Experain in not in complacence with the law . They are breaking the law as it is written. I am going to file suit against them in court regarding this and will be filing a formal complaint with our congressman [redacted]. If their doing to me, then they doing it to thousands of people and your helping them by making them a legitimate business. You should not take my actions lightly! I am going to pursue all legal means against them and now your business for enabling them to do this to honesty people.

regarding the above mentioned consumer's Experian credit report.We are currently investigating the disputed information. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer.Regarding our investigation process, Experian contacts the source of the disputed information directly by letter, telephone, or through an automated verification system. We ask the source to check their records to verify all of the information regarding the item questioned, and report back to us within 30 days of the date that we received the consumer's request. Once we receive their response, we send the consumer the results of the investigation. If we do not receive a response within 30 days we update the item as requested or delete the information, and send the consumer these results.According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), a consumer reporting agency's role in the dispute process is to investigate the information to determine the accuracy and completeness of any disputed item by contacting the source of the disputed information and informing them of all relevant information regarding the consumer's dispute. I rejected the customer response because they have had well over 60+ days to resolve this issue and is asking for more time. This can't go on and on like this, as they are required to investigate within a reasonable amount of time. I have given them more time than required by law. The items should be removed immediately.
