Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company has not made any effort to date to provide the credit report as they stated. This is essentially the reason of my complaint. They have been literally doing nothing to provide the report as they're supposed to do. It has been 18 days now. What kind of time frame should be considered reasonable for them to be able to provide access back into their system for me to get the report I was supposed to get?
Regards,
[redacted]

Yes they have my permission.  The company is [redacted].

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me if the item were deleted from my credit report. Experian is saying the courts report directly to the bureaus and I have a direct form from the courts saying they do not. Therefore, Experian is reporting INACCURATE information which is therefore a VIOLATION of the FCRA. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If not, a small claims action lawsuit will be filed.Regards,[redacted]

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Attached please find a letter from [redacted] to remove/soften the hard hit on my credit profile.  I am an existing customer since 2008-2009 with all their companies in good standing with established credit lines.  [redacted] in error (this has happened numerous times before), ran my credit, treating me as a new customer.   A credit inquiry is to establish "New" Credit.  I work in Credit and Collections and am very familiar with The Fair Debt Collection Act for running Credit.  I did not authorize them to run my credit again.   I provided my charge card number with has a credit limit of $3000+.[redacted] requested the inquiry to be removed but it has not been completed, this is why they provided the letter which I also faxed to Experian's  Dispute Department to no avail.I am an Experian Credit Tracker member, so I monitor my credit often.  With the inquiries before from [redacted], I never noticed because I did not monitor my credit.   I consolidated all my debt to increase my credit score by January of 2016 by paying down my balances because I wish to purchase a house.    Three of my inquiries will be removed by the end of this year, [redacted] and [redacted].   (I purchased a vehicle and [redacted] is a new credit card).I also filed a Revdex.com against [redacted] because they need to properly train their staff not to run individual credits at the drop of a hat without checking the system if they are a current customer.I would greatly appreciate having this matter resolved as soon as possible.
