Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did not ask for a reinvestigation. Per FCRA § 611 (a)(6)(b)(iii) and FCRA §611 (a)(7), Experian is required to provide a description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness in which Equifax had used to verify a disputed trade line within 15 days. They did not do this and are in violation of the FCRA and must delete the disputed tradeline.  Furthermore, they are required to provide the business name and address of any furnisher of information contacted in connection with such information and the telephone number of such furnisher per FCRA § 611 (a)(6)(b)(iii). They did not do this and are in violation of the FCRA and must delete the disputed tradeline.  They did not do either of these. I made each of my requests via Certified Mail. They continue to "reinvestigate" when they did not adhere to the Fair Credit Reporting Act's stipulations and keep treating this as another dispute.  This is unacceptable. They should delete this tradeline or I will be forced to file a Complaint and Petition to Compel Arbitration in Federal Court and use AAA for arbitration as provided in the Experian Terms of Use.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The canned response provided does not remediate my problem. The company in question has sent numerous requests to Experian requesting an update. I have myself sent numerous requests to Experian to have these records updated as well. The item in question has not been updated by Experian since 2015. This indicates that they have not reviewed or updated their records upon my dispute or the company's request. The erroneous mark on my credit reporting indicates a clear violation of fair credit reporting practices. I have included documentation from [redacted] indicated their numerous attempts to have this corrected for review as well.

This response is not acceptable because your company is using a 3d party vendor [redacted] to verify information. However this is not a lawful act according to the FCRA the original creditor is the only person and or company that can LEGALLY validate an account. The furnisher of inforrmation would be the court house I have already contacted them and was informed that they do not report any information to any credit bureaus and or companies and that it was nothing they could do. So you are instructing me improperly and illegal. Not to mention my [redacted] report has been frozen and suppressed because those people are is and do alot of guess work. Furthermore, effective 7/1/2017 and public records without substaniate qualifying information such as date of birth, social, etc had to be deleted from the credit file, there is no qualifying information attached to these records. I am very aware of my rights and you are grossfully and willful neglecting the fact of the matter!
