Dear Revdex.com:
Our office recently received your correspondence of October 30, 2014...

regarding the above mentioned
consumer's complaint.
Not all creditors report credit information to all three of the credit bureaus. For this reason, each
bureau's credit report can have different information causing credit scores from bureau to bureau to
vary, at times by a substantial amount.
Each national consumer credit reporting agency may interpret the requirements of the Fair Credit
Reporting Act differently and each company has their own policies and guidelines for disputing
information. Therefore, we cannot update or delete information in our database based on the results
of a dispute with another consumer credit reporting agency nor can we dispute information for a
consumer with another consumer credit reporting agency.
We have mailed a current credit report directly to the consumer for review. If there is information
appearing on a credit report that is believed to be inaccurate or incomplete, we must have a specific
dispute. Examples of specific disputes are as follows: "not mine, paid in full, never delinquent or
included in bankruptcy" or for public record disputes: "not mine, paid/satisfied, vacated or filed in
error". If the status dates, amounts, balances or other specific data is incorrect, the consumer should
also indicate what the correct information should be. Please specify the item or account name and
number.
Please provide the consumer's specific disputes along with their complete identification information
(Social Security number, full name, current address, previous addresses in the last two years and date
of birth). Also, please include one copy of a government issued identification card, such as
a driver's license, state ID card, etc., and one copy of a utility bill, bank or insurance statement, etc.
Experian strives to achieve a high level of customer service for all the consumers they assist. Let me
assure you that Experian takes its commitment to efficient, expeditious service seriously. Thank you
for allowing me to assist you. Please contact me directly at [redacted] if you have any questions.
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[In regards to your response. I have provided PROOF of my address and name as it is spelled correctly on my social security card. What investigation is further needed rather than the proof that I've given you? This is destroying my credit worthiness. The FCRA states that the only permissible purpose for pulling someone's credit is 1. A firm offer of credit, 2. Insurance, 3. Employment, and for a court order in which none of these are. I have no reason to keep contacting you by phone in which you stated because those last times there was nothing resolved. Just talking to [redacted] different people. All of my responses will now be kept in writing. I want this dispute to be responded  through the Revdex.com until resolved in a manner in which I agree. I need to see my signature on file and identification card and other proof from those creditors in which you speak of in order for it not to be taken off of my report. I did not. Authorize those pulls. I will now wait for the process to take place. I do not accept this complaint and my issue was not resolved. ]
Regards,
[redacted]
