the above mentioned consumer's personal credit report. We are currently investigating the information with which the consumer disagrees. Upon completion of this process, we will provide the results of our investigation directly to the consumer. When a consumer disputes the accuracy or completeness of information on the personal credit report and tells us specifically why they believe the information is inaccurate or incomplete, we process the dispute as required by law. We contact the furnisher of the information or the vendor that collected the information from a public record source such as a court or other government office either electronically or by US Mail. If we do not receive a response from the furnisher or the vendor within the required period, we update the item as requested or delete the information. In some instances, upon reviewing the credit file and any relevant information submitted to us, we are able to determine whether the disputed information should be changed or deleted without having to contact the furnisher of the vendor. Investigations can take as long as 30 days to reach a conclusion. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business...

in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Experian has  unvalidated accounts that remain on my credit report and is in violation of 15 U.S.C. § 1681. They are required under the FCRA to have properly validate the accuracy of an account listed on my credit report. They continue to state  that they “verified” that these items are being “reported correctly”. I asked multiple times to be provided with the documents that were used to validate these accounts. What is the name of the person in their company who verified and validated these accounts? What documents did they use to verify and validate them? I wold like to be provided with the name of that individual, their business address, and telephone number. Experian must be willing and able to produce a document that they have in their files that proves the account(s) in dispute belong to me and the information being reported is accurate and they also must be able to do this in a court of law if I file a lawsuit against them. Someone in their company must authenticate the documents in their files that were used to verify the disputed accounts and to do this they must have 1st hand knowledge of the alleged account(s) and all that has ever transpired for the alleged account(s), under oath and under the penalty of perjury. As I am sure that they are well aware, current Federal case law states that, Consumer Reporting Agencies bear grave responsibilities to ensure the accuracy of the accounts they report on and their responsibility must consist of something more than merely parroting information received from other sourcesThe Courts have also ordered that a “Reinvestigation” that merely shifts the burden back to the consumer and the credit grantor cannot fulfill the obligations imposed by § 1681(a)(4). They have ignored my request to provided me with the documents that they have in their files that they used to verify and validate the disputed accounts which means that they have NOT validated or cannot verify any of these accounts and under Section 611 (5)(A) of the FCRA – as they are required to “…promptly DELETE all information which cannot be verified or validated.” The law is very clear as to the Civil liability and the remedy available to me for “negligent noncompliance” (Section 617) if they fail to comply with this Federal Law. I am a litigious consumer and fully intend on pursuing litigation in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA. I demand the following accounts be validated or deleted immediately. Name Of Account: [redacted]
This account in question was also not validated and removed from my [redacted] credit file (attached document).
Regards,
[redacted]
