RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I recently reviewed my credit report with Experian, and noticed I had Credit Inquires for the following listed below that I did not approve of. This is hindering me from becoming an 1st time homeowner and effecting my Fico score. I have reached out to Experian multiple times and it has been 30 plus days since I have heard from them. Under the FCRA 15 U.S.C. § 1681i, all unverified information must be promptly deleted. Therefore, if you they were unable to provide me with a copy of the verifiable proof that you have on file for each of the accounts listed below within 30 days of receipt from me then they must remove these accounts from my credit report.
