For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I requested a method of verification from the credit reporting company, which they providedI contacted the court the claimed to have verified the public record with and was informed they do not furnish records and information to the credit reporting agenciesCredit reporting agencies are required to conduct investigations of disputed items with the “furnisher” of informationThe Bankruptcy Court should be the furnisher of information, not a third party source such as *** or *** ***This leaves me to believe that they did not actually verify the reporting of this public record and according to the FCRA, it must be deleted from my credit report.I am requesting a full removal of this public record.
