I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am truly appreciative for the response; however I totally disagreeI attached a screenshot of the credit report from Experian, credit file number ***The *** *** account, number *** opened 8/is an obsolete account and I am within my rights to request the deletion of an account too old to be on my credit report which has nothing to do with the verification of the creditorNow, in regards to the history reporting, I have not been late so I can understand verification from the creditor; however, if the old debt is not removed, I then requested the verification method of the history reporting dispute and who verified, which by law I can request. Then, I requested for the obsolete account to be deleted from Wells Fargo, account number ***, no balance, closed, open 6/I am within my rights to request the deletion of the old accountThis deletion is not governed by the creditorIf Experian please review the accounts, both are within the period of deletion from the credit fileI also requested late payment history removal because this account was not paid lateI also requested for Experian to please provide how the incorrect dispute was verified and who verified from the organization and again, I am within my rights to request the information and to have old accounts removed as well as incorrect payment history removed
