Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action has not yet resolved my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. My specific concern is not just the credit report - it is my ability to obtain my actual credit score from Experian in a way that is reasonable in the age of computers. Operating via mail is no longer a reasonable and consumer friendly way to operate and appears to be an attempt on the part of Experian to make it as difficult as possible for consumers to obtain information they have a right, per federal law, to receive. I have made two attempts to contact Mike with Experian, once last week and another attempt today. I did not receive a call back from my attempt last week and am waiting on a call back from my call today. As of this time, this issue has not been resolved
