and you only created a few blog postsMeaning, you were only participating in earning activities while spending your ad credits simultaneouslySpending ad credits without paying for them upfront entails a monthly processing feeThis earned you the bare minimum of what you could have earned had you worked on building your network (fan base), proactively engaged with the community, participated in the other earning activities, and managing your expendituresIn order to generate profits and cash out those profits, the member must be actively managing their expenditures (ad credits) to meet their desired goal while participating in the community and all earning activities availableWhile you generated a descent amount in earnings, you also continuously spent your ad credits, which in the end, must be paid back before cashing outAlso, earnings go through a maturity cycle of days which begins the month after funds are earned before being eligible for cash outThis is mentioned in our terms of service and within the account FAQs. We will gladly refund you any charges from the past daysUnfortunately, we are not able to process any further refunds past that point as our processor does not allow itIf you would like to take this offer, please respond through this portal

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The business is only willing to credit my account for the charges for the month of July. This is NOT acceptable. I demand that the charges for the months of April, May, and June also be dropped. They stated that I was charged an IPL processing fee because I generated earnings using my IPL credits, and had my Account Protection activated. I could not have used my IPL credits to generate earnings as I have no idea what they are. I would not have activated Account Protection, because to my knowledge an account DID NOT exist. Also, the email from them states that if I would like to delete my account, "click here" for instructions. I do not wish to "click" on anything from this business for fear of what it will lead to next. I demand that they delete my account

In the case of your account not all of the fees were paid, and the ad credits utilized were not paid down,m due to this your account is not eligible to cash out. I am an active member of a money earning service called empowr which was also affiliated with fanboxthe idea is to post your favorite pictures or videos and in some way you earn money for a certain member fee and once the earnings reach a "matured" level you may cash out the earnings so they are supposed to be real fundsTHE ISSUE: I have been a member for approximately and a half to years and I have been asked to verify my account so that I may be able to cash out my eligible earnings and pay associated member feesapparently there is some impossible technical issue to where the system has my payment source associated somewhere elsewhen I was a fanbox member I used email address(***) and during the transition to empowr I was told I could not transfer for a whileSo I was instructed to close the fanbox account and create new with empowr which I have (***)since then its been a nightmare I have been begging my support coach which I have through now for assistance and I have separately been associating with empowrs support team to fix the error on my account, only they manage to reply to me maybe every months or if I am luckythe point is that every time they tell me the issue has been fixed it has notI have given them countless number of examples and pictures and verified my email address numerous times and I am getting absolutely no where and yet the member monthly fees just keep adding up and I have mature earnings I can not cash outover $They have already cheated thousands on the fanbox side of the service I was assured empowr was better it is no differentI have contacted anyone I could think of I can not even find the name of the CEO Fanbox's CEO was contacted he didn't care bout my issue or loss in the money I was to earnabove all else there is NO telephone number.I was contacted via email today 7/advising they deleted my payment sourced off my yahoo account and it should be fixed the issue still existsI NEED HELPDesired Outcome: simpleI want my account issue resolved! its been almost yearsI want my eligible earnings given to memy mature earnings I should be eligible for as a cashout is $according to my account my member fees which I am unable to pay due to the verification issue is $I feel I should not have to pay these fees due to their issue not mine I am willing to stay a member and pay my obligations there after and I will accept a check for $under my name to my address I provided
