This user is able to receive their funds once the earnings have fully matured the days Once their earnings are more than their ad credit feds they will be able to cash out the amount

I sent FanBox the informationThey say I have not respondedMy response was ***and they needed to contact the Customer Service fraud Deptat ** *** *** *** and I provided the phone number, due to the fact the unauthorized transaction of the credit card used was inactiveThat they must do the transaction with the bankI emailed this information times and called and left a message since it seems you cannot talk to a live person. IT IS STILL NOT RESOLVED

I have repeatedly asked for a contact number so I can speak to someone who can guide me through the process of cashing out The online directions have never worked for me I think from what I have seen that I can use some of the matured money in the account to pay for the ads I did receive a message that noted hundreds of dollars of late fees and now you say there are none Why can't someone talk me through this process? At this point, I want to settle the accounts, cash out what is available to me and discontinue working with Empowr I need support to do that I am requesting a phone number for someone who can access my account and provide support in a timely manner Please help

Re: Complaint ID: ***I Reject Business Response Dated September 6th For The Following Reasons:Empower.com aka Fanbox is not acknowledging or taking responsibility for their role in why my account did not have the entire amount of $on September 18th despite my repeated communications to them via email and within this Revdex.com complaint.To repeat for the umpteenth time When I powered up to a blue star user on the 18th of September things started going haywire with my account My earnings fell off rather than improve due to empower.com system failures Not my not posting or listing I feel my account should be adjusted to the amount I should have been earning.I specifically mentioned that my listings were not being posted over a period of several weeks Those missed earnings would have more than covered the monthly power user fee I have sent all the information you need along with screen shots Please see my email communications to youMy account did not have the entire amount of $4000, because empowr.com was not allowing me to earn a daily income which would have easily covered that amount, due to their system malfunction.I am able to hit some goals The reason I have stopped trying to hit other goals is again, due to system malfunction Please see communications I sent to when I sponsored two or three separate items It was a rigmarolling mess Because when I selected the options to sponser, the system automatically went to “purchase product” instead with the amount pending to be automatically deducted from my credit/debit card In view of the difficulties I am currently experiencing in other areas I am reluctant to hit sponsoring goals and to have to go through the same thing again.If I do not have the ability to pay monthly ad platform fees from my earnings, it is because empowr.com is not addressing the malfunctions that are pushing up the ad credits that you are posting to my account.If I do not have the ability to pay monthly ad platform fees it is because my hard earned matured balance I have earned over previous months is disappearing instead of the system allowing it to pay down utilized ad credits which would lower monthly ad platform fee Please see email I sent you on September 30th The system would not take the payment of $5,on September 30th The system said ad platform fee had to be paid first BUT as a Bronze daily user you are telling me I do not have to pay the platform fee So why am I not able to use my matured amount to pay down the ad credits?Additionally my matured ad credits dwindled down from $5,to $4,with no explanation of where the amount went This is the third time this has happened with my matured balance Back in spring (I pad my ad platform fee & power user fees) over $1,plus just disappeared That has never been addressed.
