Review: So I've been with Fan Box for awhile now. And I really liked writing on it with my blog. Awhile back, I was getting notices that I owed IPL. Which means "I'll Pay Later" And I'm like what is that. So I looked into it. And what it was, is that they put over two thousand dollars into my account without my permission. And they assumed I was going to pay them back. For what I did on the site. Which was write. I never put that on my account. And they fooled me to believe that I put it on there. Now, why would I put over 2000 dollars borrow the money. Just to up front advertising cost. And what they do, is they send me an e-mails saying I owed them for back fee's from owing them more then a thousand dollars. I would never borrow that much money. I'm not dumb. They try to rip me off with putting "IPL" fee's. Which I didn't want in the first place. I think it's a scam that they would do something like this. Why would I do that to myself. And now I owe them over a thousand dollars. I just think it's a scam. If you want a rip off. This is the company that takes money from there own work that people do. And when I looked on my account with them. It says how much "IPL" fee's I took out. And it's over two thousand dollars. I would never do that to myself. Fanbox put that money into my account without my permission period! When I looked one time to see that. I thought that is how much I made. Wrong. It's how much they put into my account to owe them. They ripped me off and they probably do it to way to many people to count. I want this company shut down for good! And I told them I didn't want IPL in the first place!Desired Settlement: Just to have that IPL deleted. Since I didn't put that IPL in my account in the first place! I don't want the back fee's I supposidly owe them or the IPL fee's. I want it erased from my account for good!

Each member has the option to accept their IPL limit or to

decline it when prompted. Attached is copy of what appears in your account when

prompted to either accept or decline the IPL limit. You are not required to use

IPL and you are not required to pay the IPL fees accrued in your account if you

do not want to keep the earnings generated from using the IPL limit.

Our records show you accepted your IPL limit in December of

2012. Your account shows you have turned your IPL account off. This prevents

you from using your IPL limit. Since you have already utilized IPL to generate

earnings in the past, the fees owed will still be in your account. However, if

you do not wish to pay the fees, eventually, the earnings generated from using

IPL and the fees will be removed from your account.

We have removed your PayPal account to prevent any charges

to be applied.

If you do not want to use IPL, please keep your IPL account

off. You may also create a new account and decline the IPL limit when prompted.

I believe what they said. The fact that I didn't put that much IPL on my account. I turned it off a long time ago and they still charge me. I didn't put over 2,000 dollars of IPL funds on my account. It was Fan Box that put that much on my account. Why the hell would I do that. That is rediculous! I accept it and all. But I hate when a company lies on what they did do. And they lie about it that's all!

Review: I was contacted by phone to be invited to a Conference of this new web-service empowr (I'm a UC Professor for social media). I signed up to see what it was (empowr.com) and it turned out to be a totally different company (called FanBox)... I quickly read many existing complaints online about FanBox...Desired Settlement: there is no way I can delete my (now existing) account at FanBox. I'd like them to delete my account, and remove my contact & financial details from their servers (including my PayPal account information); cancel everything what they call earnings and service fee pending or charged already to my account; and stop contacting me in future.

Review: I have been receiving this Fanbox emails stating that I have money in an account that I have with them. I do not recall any instances whatsoever creating an account with the said company and clearly I have no idea why or how I am making money. approved to earn from using ad credits called "IPL" or "I'll Pay

Later." Using ad credits opens a portfolio that spends the credits daily, thus, generating you earnings. The portfolio can be paused, edited, or deleted at any point in time.

Review: I do not understand what they are saying. I want someone to tell me how much I need to pay to get my money, if I can become a power user, and get the difference between what I owe and what I earned that would be ideal. Every time I email support they tell me too much information. Just answer my questions. How much do I have to pay to get my money (power user fee, etc) and also stop the IPL stuff so I can get in profit and not have all of this confusion in the futureDesired Settlement: Just answer my questions. Your account shows you accepted the ad credits granted to your account. Once you accepted the ad credits, they began to be utilized towards funding other people's ads (boosting). This is how you have been generating earnings.

Review: This outfit asked me to confirm my PayPal account by debiting $0.01 and then crediting it back. Which I did. Then they go and charge me $48.60 for I have no idea what. So screwed out of $48.60 ???Desired Settlement: Refund of $48.60 to my [redacted] account.

Review: I began recieving e-mail from Fan Box refering to credits into an account I had no idea what is was I never signed up for anything with Fanbox, thinking it was span I just deleated the e-mail. on 10-08-13 I received an e-mail that said I awed $139.34 in unpaid processing fee's. I beleive this IPL business is a scam, I believe Fan box is a scam. I donlt even know what services they provide so its impossible to owe them anything. There is no regularity to the e-mail rather they come random so there is no way to really trace this back to anygiven action on my part. They will say I signed up for whatever service they provide and even give a specific date, but their lying, I never knowingly signed up for any service, I may have been tricked into it.Desired Settlement: I want the to emideatly stop sending me e-mail and void any record of any account they have set up. I do not owe any money and will not pay any money. I would also like to see some governing body investigate these crooks and shut them down.

Scam! they tell you that you have earnings but when you try to cash out the earnings, they say you owe a fraudulent fee of more than $1000's of dollars. They ask for your paypal username and login in order to gain access to your account but not to put the money owed in...no, to extort money from you. These are con artists who need criminal charges. Seeking......

Personally I have been a member of this site since 2008. I love being united with people from all over the world and the vast array of information and ideas that are on the site. It is from the information posted there that I was able to regain my health and start providing for my family from home. I have made lasting relationships and learned about my worldwide neighbors with an understanding I would not have gained otherwise. The site is fantastic! The opportunities they offer are unequaled!

As far as being able to cash out my earnings, not once have I ever had a problem being paid from FanBox, they have been 100% reputable. All of the items I purchased in the marketplace were delivered and the FanBox Support Team for buyers and sellers is fantastic with their quick responses! I LOVE that they donate to the charity of my choice at no cost to me ! Their mission to unite people and end world poverty is more than admirable and the list of expert collaborators in their development is impressive!

Review: I have been receiving almost daily unwanted email from Fan Box ,saying that I was invited by certain person whom I don't know. they are also saying that I have earned money and at the same time I owed the bill for their service I have never asked ,nor signed up for. a few day ago they sent email giving me a noticed penalty for not paying something and requesting my credit card information to charge me a due.
