We appreciate you taking the time to communicate that there are ways we can optimize our product. We appreciate all of our customers and are always seeking to improve.   Looking at your account and activity history, we see you were only active in spending the ad credits you accepted and you...

only created a few blog posts. Meaning, you were only participating in earning activities while spending your ad credits simultaneously. Spending ad credits without paying for them upfront entails a monthly processing fee. This earned you the bare minimum of what you could have earned had you worked on building your network (fan base), proactively engaged with the community, participated in the other earning activities, and managing your expenditures. In order to generate profits and cash out those profits, the member must be actively managing their expenditures (ad credits) to meet their desired goal while participating in the community and all earning activities available. While you generated a decent amount in earnings, you also continuously spent your ad credits, which in the end, must be paid back before cashing out. Also, earnings go through a maturity cycle of 90 days before being eligible for cash out. This is mentioned in our terms of service and within the account FAQs.  We have already refunded the $100.00 transaction to your payment source.

We appreciate you taking the time to communicate that there are ways we can optimize our product. We appreciate all of our customers and are always seeking to improve. The only correspondence with that account email address shows an explanation of the monthly subscription and no request for...

refund.  We attempted to refund the transaction but within [redacted] there is a hold due to a transaction dispute.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  Perfect, here we go for the same automatic message again! Seriously, I feel like I am in kindergarten.  So, some « who knows who » complained about « who knows what » so they decided to terminate my account ?  They don’t even know themselves which rule I have broken.  I have never received any complaints from anyone nor management, on the contrary ! Let's be realistic, I will never receive a satisfactory explanation.  I am running around in circles.   How can they have the nerves to suggest to start all over again ?  Is this a joke ? After one year of daily work ? After all the money I have spent on the market ?  After inventing excuses to close my account ?  After robbing all my money ? This is simultaneously offensive and demeaning ! The main issue now is how to get my money back.  Nothing changes the fact that they robbed me.   So, no I am not satisfied at all with their feedback.

Hello,We have already refunded back through September worth of payments. Unfortunately, we are not able to process any further refunds past that point as our processor does not allow it. However, we could open a new account for you and apply the other payments over 6 months ago to your new account balance. You can use your new account balance to purchase ads, subscriptions, services, products, or cash out. This will also give you an opportunity to start from scratch while familiarizing yourself with everything our product has to offer to maximize your success. Also, you will not be obligated to use ad credits when managing your new account. You can choose to either accept or decline our ad credits. Our product is built so that you can control all aspects of how you earn and spend.  Thank you,The empowr Outreach Team

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to...

complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The first lie they didn't tell me was that in selling my product on this sight they would hold the fee for it hostage.   The next was I had to wait 90 days to receive the funds from the sale of my products. I was suppose to receive the funds a couple of weeks after the customer received it so make sure they did receive and payment went through.  It has been over the 90 days and I still have not received the payment for the products sold there.    I want to cancel from this sight, but I fear if I do I'll loose the funds for my products sold.  I've not paid any monies to empowr or they to me.  I just want the payment for my kites that I sold. I've attached screen shots of products sold in Green, the so called 90 wait time is at $130.27, but when I go to do the cashout process it comes up as $23.63 that amount has been there for a while now. ALL I want is the $53.90 for the kites that I sold on this site.  If there is more they can keep it.  Like I stated previously no monies have been paid to myself or this so called business nor received by myself, but they have received the sale payment for my kites.

Hello [redacted] ,We apologize our response was not to your satisfaction. In order to validate though you must have a valid [redacted] or Credit/Debit card connected to your account that can accept the $.01 validation charge. As that there are no funds connected to your [redacted] account your validation charge is declined and thus your account cannot be validated. This is a company policy that is in place to prevent fraud within our platform especially in regards to cash outs. Without validation you cannot optimize your account. We apologize but we cannot make an exception. Thank You,empowr Outreach

I never uploaded my contacts, nor did I ever authorize this company to spam my contacts using my email address. I clicked on an email a friend sent me from Empowr, and then they stole and spammed my entire contact list. I couldn't log-in to delete my "account" because I never created a log-in or password. When I went to their [redacted] page, I saw numerous complaints from people who had the same experience. This response is a lie.

We appreciate you taking the time to communicate that there are ways we can optimize our product. We appreciate all of our customers and are always seeking to improve.  It does appear looking into the account the transaction of $250.00 was voided on March 1st 2017.
