I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Still it has not been satisfactorily addressed why I have to pay in order to get paid. It seems to me that this company in all possible ways tries to pull money in from their so called citizens. The success coaches are equally not willing to satisfactorily give answers as to what income I have made. They say I have to be active to be paid. So being inactive there are only ad platform fees charged to my account. And at the end those fees are so much that there is no money left for me to receive. It looks like a big scam here and I do not recommend this company which also goes by the name of Empowr to anyone. In hopes that many people will read all the many complaints this company has received over a short time before they get engaged with them. - This has gone so far that a friend of mine who had earned thousands of dollars simply deleted his account. And another person has made over $10,000 but has never been paid... I am going to delete my Empowr account to end this useless discussion.]

We appreciate you taking the time to communicate that there are ways we can optimize our product. We appreciate all of our customers and are always seeking to improve.Looking at your account and activity history, we see that you have generated all of your revenues through the use of ad credits...

granted to you. Spending ad credits without paying for them upfront entails a monthly processing fee, which is the reason for the amount of fees that you owe. Once you bring your account current, you are entitled to cashing out any profits in your balance. In order to generate profits and cash out those profits, members must be actively managing their expenditures (ad credits) to meet their desired goal while participating in the community and all earning activities available. While you generated a descent amount in earnings, you also continuously spent your ad credits, which in the end, must be paid back before cashing out. Also, earnings go through a maturity cycle of 90 days before being eligible for cash out. This is mentioned in our terms of service and within the account FAQs.

We have paid the user for their sales, AMCOs= accelerated matured cash outs.  This is were we paid a port of their 90 day matured earnings faster than the rest, so each month the user receives a portion of their sales to cash out early.  At this time we have paid this user $118.58 for February cash out, $1.00 for March and for April the user is scheduled to be paid $47.71 and $2.22.  Once the rest of their sales has matured they will have access to cash out with our program, or they can use the earnings to buy something within our marketplace right now.

[redacted],We're sorry to hear of your frustration, but as we have already discussed, this matter is was unfortunately taken out of our control when you made the decision to go credit card company to file a chargeback, rather than reaching out to us first to manually reverse the charge. [redacted] is the authorized decision-maker in determining whether your chargeback is valid, or if it is not. Regarding your account, and activity history, we see that you have generated all of your revenues through the use of ad credits granted to you. Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. So far it looks as though I am not receiving any more emails from this company. However, I do feel that they are grossly in violation of the CAN-SPAM Laws.      1) They indicated that a temporary account was set up for me when I never entered their website     2) They made it appear that I had photos on their website when I never posted any photos     3) They were sending 10-15 unsolicited emails per day     4) They indicated that there were unsubscribe links in the email - no one in their right mind would click on anything in an email of the type they are sending outTherefore, while I am happy that I have been unsubscribed from this list and consider my complaint resolved at this point I do not want to give this Company any gold stars for resolution of an action that never should have occurred.

I can see this is getting...

me know where, because I just want my refund.  I told you a million times why I had to close my account, so now you want me to open another account.  My situation has not changed since I told you why I had to close my account.  I could no longer afford the processing fee.  And still can't as of this date.
